The Paper Haven Top Tips!

Hello there and a very happy Monday morning to you! Just a quick post from me today to share details of some new videos I have started on my You Tube channel. I recently acquired some lovely new crafters due to COVID19 plus some of my previous customers who were having a break from paper crafting have come back to me. Following a suggestion from a customer I had a bit of a lightbulb moment and decided to launch a new series of simple, short and hopefully helpful videos on some of the paper crafting basics.

These videos are by no means just for new crafters, there could be top tips in there for regular crafters and maybe ways of doing things that you haven't done before! Here are the first two, if you enjoy them I would love you to Subscribe to my channel!

Virtual Classes

Good Morning and welcome back to my blog! One of the things I have been wanting to do for a long time was bring classes to people who could not get to the studio but wanted to take part in classes. This is one of the positive things that has come from the horrible situation we have been in for the last few weeks, I have had the time to become more "online" and organise virtual crafting. Whilst this does not at all make the situation any better or easier, I know that crafting at home has helped some of my customers to focus and to keep them occupied whilst we ride this out and hope for better days.

I have a new Class in the Post starting and this one is quite time sensitive as I am concerned this amazing medley of products will sell out! It's been reduced from £65 to an amazing £26 and I am bring you a Class in the Post delivered to you for £30. This will include the whole medley which contains stamps, dies, 48 sheets of paper, ribbon, die cuts and embellishments. Plus I will send you the kit to make 5 cards with envelopes. Please email me HERE for a place
I still have places left on my next Online Coffee & Card although I am closing this on Thursday as I need to ensure time to get the kits out to you.
And please don't forget to use my April shopping code for a thank you gift in May!

I have 2 more weeks of this current round of classes left and then a new 5 week course starting on 12th May, you can find the details HERE if you would like to join in next time.

This is the card we made this week, a little bit of cutting out of the perfume bottles was required. The Best Dressed papers have been one of my all time fave papers and they will be leaving us soon so if you would like to stockpile on these wonderful papers please don't miss out!
If you missed me live you can catch the replay here!

More Under my Umbrella makes

Hello and happy Monday! The cards I have been sharing recently do seem quite appropriate for the weather we have been having, although I am not sure an umbrella would last very long at all!
This card is very similar to one I am going to be sharing on a video on Wednesday that shows you how to do paper piecing and use patterned papers for stamping on, rather than colouring the images.
This card is a really great one for sending in the post as theres no pesky bows that are going to make it more expensive to send in the UK, it's also great for making in a batch too!
If you would like like this set then I currently have a Class in the Post which you can find more details on here or why not come to one of my classes detailed below which include this set.

Under my Umbrella Bundle - Another upgrade!

Good Morning again! I'm back with another card that I have shared a lot on social media recently and it's one we made at my Coffee & Card events last week. Everything I have used on the card is the same as yesterdays, with the addition of some trusty linen thread at the top!

Oooops and I forgot, the sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments stamp set from the new Mini Catalogue, it's my new go to sentiment set at the moment.

And here are the three cards together so you can see the changes I made to each one.
