Springtime Impressions Dies

Hey there and welcome back to my blog today. Today's make is one from my BINGO Night a couple of weeks ago and I also duplicated it for my recent Crafternoon Tea event too! The card features the Springtime Impressions dies which are part of the wonderful Abstract Impressions bundle on page 128 and 129 of the Annual Catalogue.
I have used a background of Soft Seafoam (my new love) and stamped with the oldie but goodie Hardwood background stamp. The Garden Impressions papers are perfect for co-ordinating with this suite and I added in the Stitched Shapes Framelits which are still my go-to dies!
I tied some of the lovely Silver & Petal Pink Baker's Twine around the butterfly for a bit of added texture on the card!
Hope you like this make and it inspires you! Take a look at the products by clicking the images below to my Online Store.

July Creation Station - In Colour Creations

Hello there and welcome to this month's Creation Station blog hop. This month we are working with the new In Colours for 2017-2019. My ladies always love seeing the new colours and this years seem to have got a bit more love than usual! Lots of comments in my studio, particularly on how the Lemon Lime Twist and the Berry Burst go together.
For today's post I recreated a card I made last year in the new In Colours to give it a completely different look. I have added the original card to the end of this post so you can compare the two of them.
This pocket style card is one that I make a lot and is a bit of a "go-to" for me.
I have used a couple of non In colours on here, probably my most used colours, Pool Party and Crumb Cake.
Here is the card from last year which is a bit less zingy in colour, which do you prefer?
Please continue on the hop and take a look at the wonderful creations by my colleagues.

Piggy Punch Art

Good Morning! Something a little different from me today, a bit of punch art! As you may remember I was in a musical a few weeks ago and some of my friends from that musical were in another musical last week (I don't know how they did it, going straight from one to another!).
They are starring in a show called Betty Blue Eyes which is based on the film A Private Function and the star of the show is a pig called Betty so I just had to make some little piggy cards for them!
I used a tutorial from Kylie Bertucci which was really easy to follow, especially as I had 4 to make! Unfortunately some of the punches used for this are no longer available so I cannot list them in the supplies at the end of my post.
Because all the piggies took a little while I had to keep the rest of the card fairly simple so went for the Watercolour Wash background for the sky and then I decided to make a fence! I was going to then add hay etc.... but I just ran out of time!

And here they all are together! When writing this blog the show hadn't taken place but I am sure it will have been a huge success!

Jar of Love bundle with new In Colours!

Hello there and welcome back to my blog today. I am now blogging every day until the launch of the new catalogue on 1st June. I have now posted my catalogues out to my regular customers and those who requested one from my signup form. I hope you enjoy looking through this and making your Wish Lists!

Today's card features the Jar of Love bundle, only available until 31st May at the 10% off. The Happy Birthday sentiment (which I love) is from the Window Shopping stamp set which I featured a few days ago, loving the large sentiments in that set.
I have used 2 new colours on this card, Berry Burst and Powder Pink.
We will be making this card at my Jar of Love class on Saturday 27th May. Unfortunately it's too late to get your bundle delivered in time for the class if you haven't already booked but I can sort you out coming to the class and getting the bundle delivered at a later date maybe?
I hope you like today's card, I'll be back tomorrow!
If you are too far away to come to class but love the bundle then any orders placed on my store for this bundle before the end of the month will receive a full PDF tutorial of various Jar of Love cards!

Cookie Cutter Christmas Class

Hey there and welcome to my blog today. This week I am going to showcase the cards we made at my Cookie Cutter Christmas Class at the end of September. My ladies got the bundle included in the cost of the class and we made 3 lovely projects, this being the first one - what I call the "warm up" project.
I wanted to share how versatile the stamps are and that the Teddy can be used for non-Christmas so we made this baby card. I gave the ladies the option of the Pool Party or they could choose pink or neutral, many of them opted for So Saffron which looked lovely.
I love the Tip Top Taupe ribbon on this card, you know me I love my bows, much to my ladies frustrations sometimes!
So I hope you liked todays offering? I will share the next project on Wednesday with you. Just a reminder about our offers below.
