Dandelion Wishes with Brusho

Hello there! On Wednesday I hosted a private Crafternoon Tea for a lovely bunch of ladies who book with me a few times a year. For this session they requested techniques so we worked with the Dandelion Wishes stamp set and did some embossing and used the Brushos to make this large square card.
The card base is 14.8cm square and made from Thick Whisper White card stock. I embossed the Dandelion stamps using Versamark and White Emboss powder. We then sprinkled various colours of Brusho over the card and then spritzed the card with water! Everyones turned out differently and it was so good to see them.
The Happy Birthday was also embossed in Gold and I then went over the design with the Wink of Stella pen, I hope you can see the sparkle from the last two photos!

Thank you to those of you who have used my Online Code so far this month! Much appreciated.

Dandelion Wishes Square Frame

Hey there and welcome back to the blog today! Today I am sharing another Dandelion Wishes framed piece of art but this time in a much larger frame. I think the frame is 8x8 inches.  It is from IKEA! As you can see it's hard to photograph with the reflection but I am sure you get the idea of how nice it's turned out!
The dandelion images were stamped in Versamark and then embossed with white embossing powder, this was done on Watercolour Paper. I then used the Ink Refills and an Aquabrush to achieve the rainbow effect.
I am doing a repeat class with the Dandelion Wishes stamp set on 18th August and will show you this technique. All the details can be found HERE
July's Online Code will be closed off tomorrow evening at 9pm. Please make sure you have placed any orders you wish to make!

Dandelion Wishes Rainbow Picture

Hello again and welcome back! Today I'm sharing a piece of home decor that we made in my recent Dandelion Wishes class. The ladies unfortunately didn't get the actual frame included in the class but made the insert and I am looking forward to seeing how they displayed it! I totally cased this from my team member Kylie who did an amazing job with this set and inspired many people!
The dandelions were stamped with Versamark and then heat embossed with white embossing powder on Watercolour paper. I then added some re-inker drops to an acrylic block and painted them on with an aquabrush. The colours used in order from left to right are - Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Lemon Lime Twist, Bermuda Bay, Pacific Point and Rich Razzleberry.
The frame is from IKEA and I mounted the project onto a little bit of Basic Black card before framing it!

I will be running a repeat Dandelion Wishes Class on Saturday 18th August and you can make this during the class. Please click HERE for more details

Dandelion Wishes with Brusho

Hey there and a very happy Monday to you! Today I am continuing with the Brusho makes but I have changed the stamp set to the Dandelion Wishes stamp set. We made this card at my recent technique class using this set.
The images were stamped with Versamark and then embossed with White emboss powder. We then sprinkled some of the Brusho on very carefully and used the Spritzer with water so the Brusho could work it's magic!
Everyone achieved a different result and it was wonderful to see them all. Once the card was dry I added some Wink of Stella to the dandelion images which you should be able to see on the last 2 photos.

Really pleased with how this turned out and will be continuing experimenting with the Brusho's!

July All Star Tutorial Blog Hop

Hey there and welcome to my blog today and to the All Star Tutorial Bundle Blog Hop. This is my last month with the gang as I have done a year as part of this team and it's time for me to step down. Thank you to my colleagues on the team, I have loved being on a team with such talent and kindness.

I am sharing the Dandelion Wishes stamp set today and I do have a class with spaces left using this set on Saturday 14th July, you can find the details on my blog HERE or on Facebook HERE
I have used a colour combo of Smoky Slate and Soft Sea Foam (which is quickly becoming a new favourite of mine) to create a really soft look and added my new favourite ribbon too!
Inside card I used my Stamparatus to stamp the dandelion and then I moved it slightly to stamp it again in a different colour.

I do hope you will take a look around all the other blogs that are taking part in the hop today
