Petal Passion Gift Bag

Good Morning! Yesterday I ran a really lovely Gift Bag Making class at the studio with 3 brand new lovely ladies. Today I thought I would share one of the bags with you. I didn't finish this one off completely before the class with a tag etc... as I wanted the ladies to make 4 bags and it was quite ambitious of me! This is a bag that lovely Chris shared at our training session many many years ago and it's one I come back to time and again. I do have a video on how to make it on my You Tube channel if you want to take a look HERE
The bag is made from one sheet of A4 card and its a brilliant little bag for all occasions.
I have used the Petal Passion papers and coloured them with our wonderful Stampin Blends which sadly aren't available at the moment but they will be back really soon! I hope you like this little bag and you will have a go at making your own!
If it's easier to access here is the video tutorial
Last 2 days to enter my competition too!

Sharing Cool Treats

Good Morning. Today I am sharing some of my favourite makes from last year using the Cool Treats stamps and the Frozen Treats dies that are sadly on the Last Chance List. The papers used on these projects are no longer available but I am sure the projects will give you some ideas on how to use these stamps and dies. The card below is one of my all time faves, I love making a tri-fold card and feel that it really worked with the ice creams.
How cute is the gift bag with a lovely little ice cream tag!
This project was a labour of love and again it's one of my all time fave projects.

A simple card made with the set. Please note that the Peekaboo Peach colour is also retiring so please do grab that while you can too!
And finally a card I made for my friend for her 40th birthday.
Anyone ordering this set by the end of the month will get a ticket for my prize draw to win a Stamparatus for every £30 you spend!

Beautiful Bouquet Bundle - Version 1

Good Morning, yes I am back again today with an extra blog as I have so much to share with you! On Tuesday night I held our Tuesday Club session, a week later than usually due to our trip to Thailand and we made 3 cards with a Friends theme. This is the first one, which I CASED from the catalogue. I did make another version of this that was a little "grungier" and I gave my ladies the option of which one they would like to make. I will share the alternative with you tomorrow.
This is such a fantastic bundle with so many possibilities and I love the pop of bright colours on this card.
The sentiment is a lovely one, perfect for a special friend. A couple of the clear faceted gems just finish of the card with a touch of Linen thread.
Thank you to those of you who have used my code so far this month, it will remain open until 31st July.

Jar of Love

Hello! A couple of weeks ago I fell in love with a card shared by my talented team member Katy you can see it here. I was just in awe of this gorgeous card and tried to create a simpler version for a little soiree I organised to celebrate our friends 50th last week. I decided that it would look nice added to a frame and I had a few of these reasonably priced frames left from Ikea, so it became our project for the evening.
The Pear Pizazz stems were stamped directly onto the background card and everything else was stamped on some scrap card and then cut out with the Big Shot.
The water stamp is a really useful stamp in this set and creates the perfect addition to the jar without having to re-create your own water etc..
You can see my frame decorating the table for when our friend arrived at her surprise soiree! My studio is available for hire for all sorts of celebratory occasions, so if you fancy something a little different please do get in touch with me at thepaperhavenleeds@gmail.com

Tea Cups for online code club gifts

Hello and happy weekend to you. Today I am sharing the makes I sent out on Wednesday for my February Online Code Club shoppers. I have added a photo to the end of this blog post sharing what gifts my ladies got but I can tell you that I used them on the thank you cards that I am sharing today. This month marks a year of doing my Online Code Club and I am so grateful to everyone who supports it and shops with me. If you don't know what it is then please click the link above this post and take a read of the information. I would love to be sending you a gift next month.
I always take a great deal of time to select gifts for my customers and this month I matched the card to the gifts. I didnt write in the card so my ladies could re-use the card for themselves.
I'm loving the tea cup dies, love my tea so they are perfect for me, it's a good job really as I had a lot to roll out!
Here is a little pile of the presents I sent, the ladies got the Have a Cuppa paper stack and a set of doilies plus of course a card like the one above. I have had so many nice emails saying how much you enjoyed this gift, looking forward to choosing something for my March shoppers in just under 3 weeks.
Right, I have to go, catch you tomorrow for our Project Life Blog Hop.
