Goodbye Cupcake

Well today is the day we say goodbye to the Cupcake punch and stamp set. I have no idea if this is going to make it into the "big book" in October so for now I will have to say goodbye!!

You know me and cupcakes - I LOVE them! So, it goes without saying that I have really enjoyed using these products and I know my ladies have too!!

If you would like to get your hands on them you will have to get in touch with me TODAY before tea-time and I will sneak in one last order!

I will leave you with a selection of my favourite cupcake projects!

Tomorrow is an exciting day as it sees the launch of the new Summer Mini! Be sure to check back in and see what delights are on offer!

50th Gift set

One of my friends is celebrating her 50th birthday this weekend so I have made a card with a matching photo album to capture the memories and photos from her birthday celebrations!!!

Here is the card, I have gone for the black, white and silver theme! The paper is from the Neutrals paper stack and the card is the luxurious Brushed Silver, I love this card for that extra touch of class!

I always turn to Vintage Vogue for these occasions as it looks good in many colours and I have stamped the flowers in Basic Black.

I added a double bow and the numbers were cut from the Timeless Type alphabet set and layered onto circle punches.

And here is the photo album I made to match

Made with the same products and some rhinestones for a touch of bling!

I think that gifts like these are special as they are unique and hopefully my friend will be able to look back on her album in years to come!

Scrapbooking my boys

Hello there! I am sorry my blog is a bit hit and miss with posts at the moment! As you may know we are trying to sell our house and its a teeny bit stressful!!!

Here I am back with a 12x12 page of my lovely boys! This is a photo from our favourite place in North Wales

You may spot a couple of new products on this layout!! More info available on Tuesday when the new catalogue goes live!!!
I have used a lot of chipboard on this layout as I feel its something I dont use and we used this at my recent training event for our team! I have covered the chipboard in paper (clouds) and then written on it for some journalling and also I have stamped on it too!!!

Stamping onto chipboard, just gives it a nice decoration!

Hmmm what could that gorgeous ribbon be?

I am off to pace the room, waiting for a call from Estate Agents!

Hello there! Its Wednesday already! Can't believe how quickly these weeks go by nowadays!!!

Here I am with a card we made last night at Tuesday Club. It uses the Spiced Paisley stamp set which leaves us next Monday when the current Spring Mini finishes!! This is another set I havent used often enough but I actually got this one free as one of the perks of being a demonstrator - ask me for more details!!!

The colour combo on this card is Pool Party, More Mustard, Soft Suede and Pear Pizazz with Very Vanilla. I decided to make a little origami shirt and use some of the More Mustard Scallop Dotty ribbon as a tie! Not as hard as it looks to make the shirt at all!!

The Happy Birthday and Dad are from the For my Family stamp set and I stamped and layered them up with oval punches!

Scrapbooking our Special Place

Hello there! Yesterday I had a scrapbook session at my house and made 2 layouts using the Berry Blossoms papers that come FREE with a spend of £45 this month! I took these quick snaps on my phone once I had finished!!

Since 2002 we have been visiting the same lovely cottage in North Wales which we LOVE!!! I think we have been 7 times now, the most recent time was last April. The first time we went Evan wasnt even born!!!!

I have been wanting to scrapbook some photos from our special place for ages and to be honest I could probably fill a whole album!!!

Here are some photos from the second time we visited in 2004 when Evan was about 18 months old and Ross was 5 years old.

I used some circle punches to create these embellishments with the papers, card and some of my favourite brads.
I love looking back on the photos from Wales and how much the boys have grown up! I usually take a photo of them sitting on the same wall every time we go to show how they have grown up!!!! I will have to do a layout with all those photos!!!!

Ross loves going on the rope swings and here they are enjoying a ride on Martha the pony.

I really enjoy scrapbooking but it always makes me feel guilty that I don't do enough with my photos so I am going to try to make an effort to do some every week instead of every month!!

Wish me luck!!!
