Snowy Days and a challenge card

Wooo hoooo we have snow!!!! The boys were very excited this morning but school was still open!!! Here they are just ready to go to school!! My eldest is obsessed with skipping at the moment as school have recently had some people in doing skipping workshops! He has bought himself the skipping rope only problem is, he thinks he can do it in the house!!!
I have made a card for the Magnolia v Stampavie challenge, I have never done one of these before so I hope I have done it right. It is a colour challenge, using Sage Shadow, Pretty in Pink, Close to Cocoa and Whisper White. I can't believe I have never used Sage Shadown before, so I am pleased this challenge has made me use it!!! The ink pad was still in its wrapper!!!!!!

Magnolia stamp plus my new Alota cupcake stamp, have coloured everything in with my Stampin Up inkpads. Bakcground paper is the retired Close to Cocoa designer papers, still available whilst stocks last. Flowers cut out with my 5 Petal Punch and added various SU buttons and ribbon. Sentiment is from the Crazy for Cupcakes set!

Got to trudge to the Post Office now with my Stampers 10 club parcels. Could do without going really due to heavy snow, but I know how you ladies all want your goodies!!!

P.S Forgot to say, can you see that speck of something white in front of my card on the first photo?? It's actual snow!!!!! I took the photo on a chair in the doorway to let some light in and it was snowing on the card!!!!

Hey don't go to the post office, I am sure everyone will understand having to wait a couple of extra days!

Hope you made it the PO ok? The snow in Morley has been a nightmare today. We cancelled all of our visits apart from the essential one's. I hope it's not going to be the same tomorrow! :-(
