Sketch Saturday

This is my entry for Sketch Saturday this week, I found this sketch a little harder this week!! The card is for my friends son who is 3, I suppose you guessed that - right? The colour combo is Tempting Turquoise, Green Galore and a bit of Certainly Celery thrown in!!

Stamp sets used are All in the Family and the Accessories (balloon and pressies) the number is stamped with Schoolbook Serif numbers and the Happy Birthday is from the Occasional Greetings selection. Image coloured in with co-ordinating SU markers.

Very icy here today, go carefully if you are out and about!

  7. Wonderful! I love the fresh colours :)

    Julie, can you help?
I'm looking for a large, open flourish stamp. Like a big swirly branch, something like that.
So you know of one in the SU range? I vaguely remember they used to do one that had little swallows on it, too...

Please pop by my blog and let me know, or email me-

  8. Me again :)

I just looked through the catalogue, and the sort of swirl I'm looking for is like the one in the set called "Baroque Motifs", though the price for the set is a tad high for me :(
I saw the bird one at the back, it's called "French Flair" - lovely! I wonder if it's still available???
