More training projects

Hello there!!

I am back this morning with some more makes from our training on Saturday. In the afternoon we focused on the mini catalogue and the Cupcake stamp set and punch in particular.

We created 5 Cupcake cards that were made into a Baggie Book which is a workshop tool to showcase a particular stamp set.

Here is the first card, you have seen this one before.

Colours of Wisteria Wonder, Lucky Limeade and Calypso Coral with a smidgen of Crumb Cake.

The next one is one I have seen a lot on various sites and uses the Cupcake Frosting as an ice cream! I love the colours on this card!
The cone is stamped in Soft Suede and is the Pennant Parade stamp set punched out with the Petite Pennant punch.

A completely different look now, red and black glamour!!! We made the cupcake cases into little handbags with a striking combination of Real Red and Basic Black.

But what really made this card pop for me was the new Glimmer paper we used on the top of the bags, love it!

Next up was a card very similar to one we were showed at Convention by a lovely lady called Shannon West who works for Stampin Up! I love how authentic the basket of the balloon looks when you emboss it with the Square Lattice folder.

The balloon is stamped with the Dot,Dot,Dot background stamp

And finally probably my favourite because of its quirkiness, a movie themed invitation using the Cupcake case as a popcorn box! The ladies cursed me for this one as there was a LOT of inking to do!!

The popcorn was made with the Itty Bitty punch and was daubed with So Saffron ink

I hope you like all these makes from Saturday and maybe it might encourage you to order that Create a Cupcake stamp set and matching punch, if you dont already have a demonstrator and would like to place an order please do get in touch
