Birthday Invitations!

Good Morning and Happy Monday to you!!
Back to some traditional crafting today! I suddenly realised that I hadn't shared my 40th birthday invitations with you!!! My colour theme was Navy and Silver so I made the invitations myself with Stampin Up products of course!

I handmade the wallets from a sheet of A4 Night of Navy card and I also used the Brushed Silver cardstock aswell as a little Silver Glimmer card on the butterflies!

Making these reminded my why I stopped doing the wedding invitations!

Here are a few of them together!

I also thought I would share an MDS page that literally took me 3 minutes to do! There are some Designer Templates on the software and all you have to do is add your photo and some text so this is what I did here!!

I think it took me 2 of the 3 minutes to decided what to write!!!

Thanks for looking!

All about me

Hey there! Thank you for your anniversary wishes yesterday, we had a lovely day!

A few weeks ago I signed up to an Online MDS class run by 2 experts Heather Summers and Kimberley Van Diepen. They gave very good video tutorials and this page is a total CASE of one of Heathers pages. You may recognise the papers as they are the Epic Day ones from the This and That range, they are just the digital version!

I thought it would be fun to document me at 39! So I added 2 of my favourite photos and then my Top Ten!! There are lots of elements to this layout compared to the previous 2 I have shown you and I cannot wait to share this with my customers!

Hope you like my page!
Bye for now!

Anniversary!

Hey there! Today is a special day for me and Robino as it is our 17th Wedding Anniversary!! WOW! That seems like such a long time and means it is also 22 years since the anniversary of our first date as we got married on the exact same date, 5 years later!! Awwwww!

Here we are a couple of weeks ago on Bamburgh beach on our jollies!!!

I don't yet have an MDS page of our wedding day so thought I would share a page of myself and my "dancing husband" Paul!!! He is such a lovely guy and I think the world of him and Robin and the boys think a great deal of him too!

This was a quick page and I used photos of the Blackpool Finals from last year. I'm really enjoying getting all my photos documented!

See you tomorrow!

My Digital Studio!

I am so excited as My Digital Studio is coming really soon!!!! I have been lucky enough to have had the software for some time and I have really enjoyed playing around with it and discovering how useful it will be!

At first I wrongly thought maybe it is just for Scrapbooking, but there are so so many uses for it! For me it will help me to document all my photos and get my family scrapbook pages sorted out.

I thought I would share some of my projects with you over the next few days!!!

This is my first layout I did, which is of course of Evan's dancing. I will be telling all the dancing Mums that they "need" to have this product to help them document their children's dance successes!!!

I have found the software very easy to use and I am looking forward to sharing this with my customers when it is live!

I will be back tomorrow with another layout for you!

A week today……...

………until the Seasonal Catalogue goes live!!

I know some of you were wondering where the Christmas stamps were in the Annual Catalogue! Well have no fear as the Seasonal Catalogue launches a week today on 29th August. If you are in one of my Hostess Clubs you will receive one with your August order and of course anyone who has booked a party with me will get a complimentary copy!

So here are a few little makes from my Team Training a couple of weeks ago. The set I have used is a lovely little great valued set called Wishing you.

I added some of the lovely papers called Season of Style, which we will be using at my All Day Stamp a Stack on 21st September. Please note this event has SOLD OUT and I am repeating the event on 19th October, please see my events page for details.

One of my favourite items from the Seasonal is the Bigz Gift bow die! I do love my bows so this ticks all my boxes so to speak! I used this as a Hostess Gift.

If you would like a party in your home and have the chance to earn free products then please contact me or visit my page about hosting a workshop. I only have a few dates left in the run up to Christmas!

Simple Thank You tags

I love doing workshops/parties and more often than not the party order is delivered to the hostess for her to dish out to all of her lovely guests. Sometimes though I offer to have the parcel delivered to me if the hostess works or wont be at home. When I do I like to make some little thank you tags with the customers names on to make it easier for the hostess to hand out.

Here are Lucy's from last month. I used the Six Sided Sampler stamp set which I stamped direct onto the tags and I added the sentiment from the same set. The colours I used are Bermuda Bay, Strawberry Slush and Crushed Curry.

They were finished off with a little bit of Bermuda Bay ribbon

Thank you to lovely Lucy, she is a great hostess!

The last Mosaic…….

…….. for now!

Hello there, more Mosaics for you today! This one was totally CASED from a card I saw on Pinterest.

I used a piece of the Quatrefancy speciality papers for the window sheet. The colours are Crisp Cantaloupe and Early Espresso with a hint of Baked Brown Sugar

I love the Early Espresso bakers twine. Its adds a little extra something for not much money - £2.50 for a full pack.

Because the window sheet is see through I needed to stamp additional mosaics to add to the backs!

More Mosaics

As promised here I am with More Mosaics on Monday!!

This card took a little but more time as I had to used the Stamp a ma Jig to line up the stamps! It was worth it as I like the effect it creates.

The 2 colours used on this are Strawberry Slush and Pistachio Pudding and the sentiment from Label Love! I think I have got label love as I am loving this new sentiment set and matching punch! I like the shape and like how you can layer it up to create a border.

Just a quicky from me today! Loads to do as the boys are back to school 2 weeks today!

Mosaic Madness back in stock!

Hey there. Today is the start of a few posts about Mosaic Madness! This was one set with matching punch that I got completely for FREE from Stampin Up as part of the Career Plan. I love getting these bundles as I am not sure if this set is one I would have purchased for myself! Ironically it is one I have used the most and I have loved playing around with the stamps, punch and embossing folder! I have to admit that I haven't been sharing these projects as the lovely punch has been out of stock for some time but I am happy to say it's now back in stock - for how long? It's up to you!!

I embossed the card blank which was Coastal Cabana and then added a tag and some of my fave Crumb Cake Seam Binding ribbon. I also used the Hostess set, Banner Greetings which I love!

The other colours used were Strawberry Slush and Baked Brown Sugar!

Hope you like, will be back with more mosaics tomorrow!

Modern Medley box

Good morning and a happy weekend to you!

I am sharing a lovely box I made a few weeks back using the Modern Medley papers and the new Simply Pressed Clay. I coloured the clay flowers with the Pool Party marker pen after they were dry - I find this a lot easier and less messy than using the re-inkers! Another way to use those ever so useful marker pens! Don't forget the papers are on offer this month and these ones are included!

The great thing about this set of papers is they go with anything so are very very versatile! I added a little Silver Glimmer card and some Very Vanilla Seam Binding ribbon to finish off this project.

The boxes are so handy to have in stock for those unexpected or forgotten birthday pressies!

Hope you likey, will be back soon!
