Happy Halloween!

Good Morning!!
I dont really do Halloween but thought I would make a card and show willing! The little bat from the Every Little Bit stamp set was crying out to be inked up!!
So I made this really simple Halloween card with a colour combo of Rich Razzleberry, Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie. The bat is stamped in the Whisper White Craft ink pad.

Added a couple of the Pumpkin Pie brads and the sentiment from Occasional Greetings.
Got to dash, so much to do! I am happy to say that today I should finish a wedding order for my last bride of 2010!!! Woo hooo!!! I have really stopped doing as many weddings and am now mainly focussing on my Stampin Up which is great!
Only 4 more sleeps until I go to Stampin Up Convention too!! Exciting times!!

Hopeful Thoughts

Last week I did a workshop for a lovely group of ladies who I knew had their eye on the Hopeful Thoughts set. These are a couple of really simple cards I made to give them a couple of ideas on how to use the set
This first card is cased from a card on Page 73 of the catalogue. I have used my marker pens to colour the branches and the flowers.
The colour combo is Bravo Burgundy (flowers), Baja Breeze, Early Espresso and Old Olive. Very simple but effective I think. I added some gorgeous pearls to the flowers for a little extra detail.

Here is another little card in Very Vanilla and Old Olive, very monotone. You can tell I was rushing on this one as I have overstamped the image hence the mark on my card - we all make mistakes - even us demonstrators!!!!

The corners are done using the Scallop Corner punch, handy little item for adding some extra detail.

And a flat bow to finish it off!!
Right I must dash. I have Lucas all day, my tutorial to finish, swaps to finish for convention and allsorts!!!

Sweet and Sour Papers meet Just Believe

Hi there
Bit later than normal today as it is Lucas day!!! Todays card was for my lovely friend Sarah's birthday, she was 40 last week. I know she loved these new papers so I made this card with them. The photos do not do them justice as they are glossy!!!
I used the Fancy Flower punch and the centre is a stamp from the Just Believe set with a little rhinestone added.

My favourite part of the card is this dinky bow, the taffeta ribbon is gorgeous and ties such lovely bows!!!

The sentiment is from the Just Believe set aswell punched out with the Elegant Label punch

Hope you likey!!

Tomorrow I have another scrapbooking class, looking forward to seeing the ladies again. Will be baking for them tonight!!

Quick Catch Up!

GOod morning to you all!!!
Yesterday was such a hectic day, I had no time to post!!

I had a lovely Scrapbook Class on Tuesday night and we had a new lady Amanda with us, she was new to scrapbooking and was amazing, and most importantly she really enjoyed it!!!!! Thanks to all my ladies who came and I will be seeing more ladies on Saturday!!
Yesterday I had lots of errands, supermarket shop, parents evening, post office etc.... but I also had the most lovely workshop with a new bunch of ladies! Big thank you to my friend and loyal customer Sharon for arranging the workshop, the ladies loved the Stampin Up products and managed to earn lots of freebies for the craft group!
This is one of my favourite recent cards I have made, using the Level 1 hostess set, Because I Care.
The colours are Concord Crush (In Color) and Old Olive. I have stamped the flower twice and layered it up which you will see in the bottom photo. THe papers are from the Designer Paper Stack which in my mind is the most bestest valued item in the catalogue, 40 scrummy sheets of double sided paper in a stack for only £15.50.

I have used the Concord Crush ribbon, gosh its lush!!

Hope you like this one!

Better go get dressed now!!!

Back tomorrow!
