Hearts Come Home framed project

Good Morning and welcome to my blog today. Today's project is one we made at a Crafternoon Tea event I ran on 2nd December. I love these frames from the Range and they are very reasonably priced too. They are 6x6 in size.
All my class attendees received a pot of embossing paste included in the class as well as the other bit and bobs needed.
You cannot really see very well from these photos but the embossing paste created the snow in front of the back two rows of houses and then we added Dazzling Diamonds glitter to it for extra sparkle!
As I am sure you can appreciate it's a lot nicer in real life. The Hearts Come Home stamps and dies will carry over next year but will no longer have 10% off so if you still haven't added these to your crafting stash then don't delay!
There are only a few days left to reserve the hot new tool the Stamparatus! Click the image below to secure yours, the only chance you will have until June and no payment needed until it ships in March!
We have a brand new set of tutorials that are available when you spend £45 or more on my store. These will be emailed to you, 12 exclusive tutorials from around the world!

Hearts come Home Frame

Hello again! I'm back again with another make with the wonderful Hearts come Home bundle and another project that we made at my weekend retreat back in September. I took a basic Ikea frame (don't think they sell this style anymore) and wiped it all over with Crumb Cake ink and a baby wipe to make the frame a little more distressed and antique looking rather than being the bright pine colour that it originally was.
This project is so easy. It is basically the U Fold Card that I have shared with you before, cased from my wonderful team member Amanda Bates then a frame stuck to the front of it!
You can see from the image below how the card is attached to the frame and it sits great on your mantlepiece!

Hearts Come Home heart

Hello and good morning to you. I can't believe I have never shared this project with you before. It is one that we made at my weekend retreat back in September! I first got the idea of this lovely wooden heart from one of our lovely team members Hayley who made some square ones initially! I knew as soon as I saw it that I wanted to make a heart with the Hearts come Home bundle.
Now the Hearts come Home bundle is carrying over after the catalogue ends on 2nd January, thats the good news! The bad news is that it will no longer have 10% off as a bundle. So if you LOVE it and haven't got it yet I suggest you pop it in your basket shortly!
I sponged the heart all over with Night of Navy ink and then stamped the little stars in Whisper White. The photos do not do this project justice but I am sure you can see from the image below that I have added some glimmer paper behind the houses. I love how this looks.

December All Star Tutorial Blog Hop

Hello there and welcome to the December All Star Tutorial Bundle Blog Hop. This month I am still working on items from the Autumn/Winter catalogue and chose to use the Christmas Around the World papers as I had barely used them!
I made a DL sized card as I don't often make these and got happy with my Paper Snips cutting out some of the images from the papers.
As you can probably see from the image below, I have also used some of the Dazzling Diamonds glitter for the snow
I hope you like this make, please hop onto Kimberley's blog to see what she has been up to!

Now I realised as I prepared this blog that I haven't taken any photos of the inside of the card! How bad am I? I think I will need to rectify that ASAP.
I hope you like todays make and you join the rest of the team on the hop and see what they have been up to! Click the Next button to visit Kim's blog.
