Cards for my Team

Hello there and welcome back to my blog today. Each month I go through my team details and I made cards for the whole month to celebrate my lovely team members anniversary with Stampin Up! I've done this for over a year now and it feels so nice to celebrate their special date. I have personally been a demonstrator for 10 years in June and I cannot believe how time has flown. It's one of the best decisions that I ever made.
Can you spot that there is a 9 year one in there? Yes my lovely Sarah-Jane has been in our team for over 9 years now and is our longest serving team member.  I made these cards with the Petal Passion papers and coloured selected flowers in with the Stampin Blends, rather effective don't you think?
As well as sending out Anniversary cards I also love to send out cards to my top sales girls for the month along with a little gift and here were last months! Similar in style but different papers!
Hope you like today's makes and if you would like to be part of the team then please do get in touch before the end of March as we have our amazing special offer for joining up!

Lovely Friend

Hello there and welcome back to my blog today. Busy day for me today, a private Crafternoon Tea this afternoon and then the return of Christmas Card Club this evening!

Today I am sharing another card from last Tuesday's class where we made cards for friends. This one was totally CASED from the talented and lovely Rhoda McPherson from Shetland, you can see Rhoda's original design HERE Thank you Rhoda for the inspiration.
Unfortunately I did not have the Eclectic dies that Rhoda has used (although I have now ordered them!) so I used the May Flower Framelits as an alternative which I think worked.
One of the things I love about this card are the textures and the layers and the watercoloured "lovely" Thanks again Rhoda for the inspiration
Now which lovely friend should I send this card to?

Mixed Drinks for BINGO

Hello and welcome to my blog today. Another week has gone by and this week my boys are back at school. It's been a little different this year with having the studio and not working at home on my classes and designs anymore, a bit of juggling has been involved but we got there in the end and I am sure the next holidays will be a lot easier!

On Friday evening I ran my second BINGO night at my studio The Paper Haven and we had a great night. Lots of people ask me what we do at Bingo Evenings. Well we make 3 cards and then in between each card we play a game of Bingo for cool Stampin' Up prizes. My next BINGO nights are on the 2nd and 9th December and these will be Christmas themed! Seats available on both dates.
No one goes home empty handed as I always include a full pack of something and this time my ladies got a pack of the Metallic Enamel Shapes which I have used for the bubbles on the Peach cocktail!
We had great fun with this card and some of my ladies also stamped cocktails on their envelopes too
I ordered the Metallic Enamel Shapes before I went on my holidays and I came back to see that they are on the new SPECIAL OFFERS for this week (these replace our Weekly Deals) so if you like the look of them why not add them to you order as they are reduced by 25% but only until the 7th September!
Thank you to those of you who have used my code already! Looks like this could be a bumper month this month!

Swirly Bird Kites

Hello there, phew it was a warm one here in Pudsey yesterday and it's set to be even hotter today!

Today's make is exactly the same layout and colours as yesterdays make which we made at our team training a couple of weeks ago.
Again I used the Baby Swipe baby wipe technique for the sky background. I love the kit images from the Swirly Bird stamp set and love this card, which I think would be suitable for numerous occasions.
The colours used are Pool Party, Pear Pizazz and Flirty Flamingo. I'll be back tomorrow with something else to share!

Swirly Bird Kite Z fold card

Hey there! I am back today with another smaller double Z fold style card, this time using the Swirly Bird stamps. Its the same colour scheme as another flat kite card I shared with you a week or so ago but I wanted to have a  go at one on a Z fold.
The backgrounds were created using the baby swipe technique and some Pool Party ink, it does make a lovely sky.
It's such a cute little style card, perfect for a number of occasions.
Have you earned your Bonus Day coupons yet?
See you tomorrow!
