Love You Lots Hostess Set

Hello there. I hope you are enjoying your Sunday so far? Yesterday I had a full day off! I think it may well just be my first proper full Saturday off since I opened the studio! I was at a Wedding party on Friday evening which resulted in a late night and a lie in. Then yesterday I struck lucky and ended up with a spare ticket from one of my customers to see Wicked at one of our local theatres. I have seen it twice before but OMG this time was spectacular - I think it helped that we were only 6 rows from the front with amazing seats.

So today's project share is from my All Day Stamp a Stack a good few weeks ago which I haven't got round to sharing with you yet! This was one of the easier makes of the day with just a little colouring of the frog.
It was looking a little plain so I stamped lots of frogs in the background using the same ink colour as the card, an effect I always enjoy!
I am not sure if you can see from the last photo but I punched the banner out twice and layered up the centre part with some dimensionals for added interest.
Hope you like today's project and you have a great Sunday. Just a little reminder that today is the last day to qualify for the Bonus Day coupons to spend in August.

Stamped Foxy

Hello and Happy Friday to you. Today I am sharing the final make from my Foxy class last weekend. We made the Foxy frame, the mouse card (I shared yesterday) and this card. The other 2 projects had critters made from the punch only so I felt like this last project had to have a stamped fox.
I used Calypso Coral to stamp the fox and the Happy Birthday is from the Fresh Fruit stamp set. I kept the design simple as I wasn't sure how long the other projects would take, luckily everyone got all the projects made.
Just a little reminder that I will be closing my Code Club on Saturday so please do place an order ASAP or send me your order if you want to take advantage of this in July.
Bonus Days also end on Sunday, last 3 days to earn your coupons for August.

A Foxy Mouse

Hello there and welcome back to my blog today. Today's make was totally inspired by my lovely Aussie friend Marelle Taylor. As soon as I saw Marelle's card I knew I had to have a go, you can see Marelle's original post HERE. Thanks for the inspiration Marelle.
We made this card at my Foxy Class last Saturday and also at my Coffee and Card event this week, although I made a slight amendment to the design and the ladies didn't tie a bow, they simply had a piece of ribbon behind the circles. I did make it easier for the ladies at Coffee and Card and I punched out all the little pieces and popped them in various dishes, just to make it all flow a bit easier seeing as I only have the one punch.
For me the thing that makes the mouse stand out is taking the time to ink around the edges with a sponge and the co-ordinating ink, it really does make it pop more.
I do hope you like this card and if you have the Fox punch why not have a go?

Birthday Blossoms

Hi there and welcome back to my blog today. I'm still catching up with projects to share with you, this one was from my Stamp a Stack in May. It was inspired by a card my team member Allie made at a Social Stamping event we had in May.

The predominant colour on this project is Sweet Sugarplum and we found out yesterday that the Sweet Sugarplum ink pad has been the top selling item from the new catalogue, out of everything in the catalogue! I find that really interesting, do you?
I still go back to the Birthday Blossoms stamps time and again as they are so easy to use and have the co-ordinating punch which makes it so easy to create something quickly.
I must admit that I keep forgetting about embossing backgrounds and am trying to make more effort to use my folders more, just adds a great texture to a background.
I will be closing my current Code Club order on Saturday morning so if you would like to get a freebie in August please don't miss out. This also applies to local customers who place any orders over £25 before Saturday.
Sunday is the last day to earn your Bonus Days coupons to spend in August!

See you tomorrow

Affectionately Yours Suite

Good Morning. I had a little day off from blogging yesterday. It was my boys first day of the school holidays so we took things a little easier yesterday and enjoyed a slower paced day! Today I am back to normal with my Coffee and Card this morning and my Bring Your Own Project tonight.

Today I am sharing a card from AGES ago that I never shared with you. We made this at my Stamp a Stack just before I went away on the cruise. I LOVE the new copper embossing powder which I have used on the outline of the flower, once I had stamped with Versamark.
I love the Affectionately Yours suite and the papers and Washi Tape are part of the suite. You will see on the final photo that the Washi Tape is really "coppery", if you know what I mean.
The stamps I have used are not from the suite, they are part of the Garden in Bloom stamp set that was a carry over from last year, which I still love.
Hope you like todays make and I will be back tomorrow with something else to share.

Silver Tree

Yesterday I shared a card with the upcoming Thoughtful Branches bundle and today I am back with another one that I made for one of my lovely team members who recently promoted to Silver. Huge well done Sam, so proud of you.
Once I got creating yesterdays projects I just knew I had to re-create using Silver embossing powder and the effect didn't disappoint.
As you can see on the photo below the silver does look really lovely on the tree.

If you would like to get your hands on the Thoughtful Branches bundle then its available from 2nd August and you could get some money off it by earning coupons during the rest of July.

Thoughtful Branches

Hey there! I have a little bit of a sneak peek of something available to you from 2nd August. This is a limited edition bundle called Thoughtful Branches and is available from 2nd to 31st August. As demonstrators we got to order early and I had a little play with it last week to make 2 Thank You cards.
This first card is for Evan's French teacher as he has had another amazing year learning French. She also told us at parents evening (in April this year) that she still had the card on her mantelpiece that we got her last July! Just shows you the power of a handmade card. Evan reported back that she was thrilled with this years card and we are really hoping he has her again next year.
I also made a regular version which I have kept for my displays. I have to say this design was totally CASED from my lovely Canadian friend Allison Okamitsu whom I had the pleasure of meeting in May on the cruise. You can see Allison's gorgeous makes HERE
The tree is just so beautiful and cuts out really well on the Big Shot with the new platform. I stamped the tree after I had cut it out. I cannot add details of the items used at the end of the post today with it not being available yet. The colours used are Wild Wasabi and Crumb Cake.
I really enjoyed making both of these cards and cannot wait to make some more designs. I will be back with another one tomorrow.
Just as a little further sneak peek I thought I would share the images of the dies and stamps in the bundle. Just a fantastic set.
Remember for every £45 you spend in July you could earn a £4.50 coupon to spend in August which you could use towards this bundle.
