So yesterday was World Card Making Day and it was very appropriate that I spent the day with 30 stampers who all made 24 cards each! Yep that's 720 cards made during World Card Making Day at my event! I have worked really hard since my retreat on getting my displays sorted out, my classes planned and advertised until the end of the year and not to mention designing 6 cards and cutting and scoring for 720 cards!!!!!
Here is a little snap of part of the displays which I shared on my Facebook and Instagram pages yesterday. Thanks for the likes and comments by the way! Bit overwhelmed there!!!!
I had my classes advertised too and my advent calendar was very popular!
World Card Making Day Selfie!!!
Thank you to my wonderful ladies who baked goodies for us too! They were very much appreciated by all.
Just a couple of snap shots of the cards people were working on. Love this, think it was Louise's masterpiece!
Right it's jobs day for me today as well as unpacking all the boxes from yesterday! I was so tired when I got home but so grateful to all my stampers who attended. Thank you for your support, your friendship and for placing orders too!! Thanks to my helpers whom I could not have managed without and to those who helped to clear up too! You are much appreciated!! I spent a lovely few hours on the sofa watching my Strictly and thinking what a great job I have and an amazing group of friends! I had better not forget to say (even though he doesn't read my blog) that my lovely Husband, Robino has been such a fab helper this week! He has packed kits for me, done the Post Office run, cooked meals, made cuppas, and then on the day yesterday he helped me load the car at 8.30am, drove up to the church and set all the tables and chairs out for me! Superstar!
Can I get the direction or even the name of the stamp set(s) used for the trees with the hanging merry Christmas? Thank you.
ReplyDeleteI know the stamp set it White Christmas from the Holiday Mini catalogue (available until Jan. 5, 2015). I would like to know how you did the snow and what colours of paper and ink did you use?
