Using up my scraps

Hello there! Did you watch the Strictly launch show last night? Ooo I am so excited for it being back on our screens, although we have to wait until Friday 16th September until the first show (which is actually the date of my Stamp a Stack so I will have to record it!) and also Saturday 27th September too! Are you a fan too? Would love to know! Who are you liking so far?

Anyway enough of the SCD chat, back to the Stampin Up chat and today I am sharing some little cards I have made as customer thank you cards to send out for those lovelies who have ordered online with me on my store. I so appreciate you!
I made another project using the All is Calm papers and ended up with a lot of scraps. This paper is far too gorgeous to waste even an inch so I punched out lots of the squares with the 1 inch punch and made these cards. I must say I was very pleased with the results and they were easy enough to make whilst I caught up with my viewing on my iPad!
This card was probably the most touched and admired card of the whole evening at my Stampin Up party last Friday and lots of the ladies couldn't resist the papers because of it!
Looking forward to sending these out!

Loving Holiday Home

Hello there! Yesterday I had a lovely day with a trip to dancing in the morning with my Son and then in the afternoon I got to grips with more preparations for my upcoming events.

My club ladies really favoured this Holiday Home stamp set and matching framelits this month, it was the most popular item and I LOVE it for how versatile it is, not just for Christmas
I coloured the houses with the Blendabilities pens which I am loving and I'm really excited as I have booked in my first class teaching colouring techniques with these pens on Saturday 25th October, check out my Classes/Events page at the top of my blog for more information.
I am so pleased we now have this set as I think it is so handy for New Home cards which I have obviously created here. The happy new home stamp and the heart stamp are separate stamps.
Another great thing about this stamp set is the price! As this set is one of the new Photopolymer sets it is great value at only £13.95 for 24 stamps!! How amazing is that? We also have 3 framelits that match the stamps and make cutting out easy! If you want to buy both together you save 15% and get them for £28.75.
Right, it's Sunday so as usual the ironing pile is calling me!

Back with the workshops!

Hello there! What a busy day I had yesterday which was rounded off with a lovely Stampin Up party at Elaine's house last night. It was great to share the products from the Autumn/Winter Catalogue with the ladies and see a couple of ladies from the theatre company I am involved in, was great to catch up! Most of the ladies had crafted before but we had a couple of first timers. They seemed to enjoy their card making especially using the "Big Boy", which is what the Big Shot got called last night after Barbara misheard! Thank you Elaine for a lovely night and to the ladies for your orders.

Here are the the cards I demonstrated last night and the ladies made the one on the left. I shared with them how the card can look with a couple of extra products, on the right.

We also did a little stamping inside. If you like these cards I have listed the items we have used below and they are all available on my Online Store. Have you made a start on your Christmas Cards yet?
As I mentioned above, yesterday was a very busy day as I looked after my Niece, Mollie for 6 hours. She is so cute but is into EVERYTHING!!!!! We had a lovely morning at the park, she loves the swings!
She also loved it in my craft room and I sat her on my messy desk! She loved the grid paper!
Hope you have a fab weekend whatever you are up to? I am looking forward to designing more projects this afternoon
