Another girlie card

Hello there, sorry for the lack of posting yesterday. I have had my good friend and fellow SU demonstrator Jo D staying up in Yorkshire for the last few days so we have been spending loads of time together and our boys have also been getting to know each other. I can't believe how well Evan got on with her son Jake, they are both missing each other today as they are travelling back home :(

Anyway here is a card which we made on Tuesday night. We have made this style before in our craft club but I think it was a mens card and then we did a boys card too so here is a girlier version!

Papers are Sunny Garden and the colour combo is Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade and Daffodil Delight.
We used the stamp set Every Little Bit which I don't think we have used before and also the "fast becoming my favourite sentiment set" Curly Cute.
A bit of glitter was in order so we glittered the crown and the bag and the perfume bottle, and had no accidents this time! ;)
Finished the card off with some Peach parfait ribbon, lush!!

Right thats me off, I need to catch up on my jobs today. Its 9am and both my boys are still fast asleep!!!

Birthday Girl!

Good morning!!

Hope you enjoyed my little owl cards yesterday!! Today I am sharing a card I made for my niece Amanda. She isnt a young girl, she is in fact 35!!! Robin became an Uncle when he was only 6 himself!!!

Anyway here is the card I made and I used a colour combo from the Colour Coach of Regal Rose, Daffodil Delight and Chocolate Chip.

I decided to use Every Little Bit as I love the little images. Went for a fairly simple layout and coloured the images in with my marker pens.

Added a piece of this gorgeous striped grosgrain ribbon and tied it in the middle with a piece of the thin taffeta.

I also stamped a little handbag inside the card !

Hope you likey!!

Male Birthday cad

Good Afternoon and what beautiful day it is in West Yorkshire! It has been horrible the last few days so the sun is very nice today!!

I have made a card for a lad at dancing, Stuart. I don't think he reads my blog but if he does then Happy Birthday Stuart. I used an old faithful design, the shirt and tie design!!

A colour combo of Old Olive, Bashful Blue and Soft Suede - a favourite male combo of mine! The star is from the Every Little Bit stamp set and the sentiment is from Party this Way!

I used some Old Olive taffeta to make the tie and the papers are from the Neutrals DSP pack!

Did a bit of decorating inside too!!

On SUnday I have a stand at the Spring Craft Fair in Saltaire Village. I will be showing all things Stampin' Up! and demoing the products and promoting my classes and events. If you are in the area why not pop in and say Hi!!!! It's Free Admission!!

Hope to see you there

Every Little Bit

Good morning!!
I had such a lovely day crafting with a lovely lovely friend but I will have to tell you about that another day as I am in a rush to take Evan dancing in 40 minutes!
So yesterday I made 3 cards, all very different, and this is one of them using the Every Little Bit stamp set.
This stamp set on page 33 is great, its a bit of an investment but you get loads of stamps, perfect for children to do crafting and also for scrapbooking too! The little stamps make great backgrounds.

I used a colour combo of Melon Mambo, Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink and Rich Razzleberry. The card black is 12 cm square and the 3 squares just fit across perfectly!

I decorated inside too!! I dont need this card until March, how organised is that!!!

Right I must go and get ready.
Please dont forget my All Day Crafting Event on 12th February. It is in the LS28 area of Leeds and all are welcome.

Happy Halloween!

Good Morning!!
I dont really do Halloween but thought I would make a card and show willing! The little bat from the Every Little Bit stamp set was crying out to be inked up!!
So I made this really simple Halloween card with a colour combo of Rich Razzleberry, Basic Black and Pumpkin Pie. The bat is stamped in the Whisper White Craft ink pad.

Added a couple of the Pumpkin Pie brads and the sentiment from Occasional Greetings.
Got to dash, so much to do! I am happy to say that today I should finish a wedding order for my last bride of 2010!!! Woo hooo!!! I have really stopped doing as many weddings and am now mainly focussing on my Stampin Up which is great!
Only 4 more sleeps until I go to Stampin Up Convention too!! Exciting times!!
