Gold Soiree!

I am a little late posting today as I am looking after my little niece and she is just having her nap after lunch so thought I would update my blog for you! Thank you for your comments on the bundle I offered yesterday and the cards I shared. Thanks to the ladies who have ordered and please remember if you want the reduced bundle be quick as the ink pads go back to normal price from Tuesday!

Talking of Tuesday, today I am sharing one of the makes from this weeks club! I love making these cards with lots of squares of patterned paper! Not sure whether my ladies will agree with me but I think they were all pleased with their results and again, it's great for using up your scraps!
The papers are of course the Gold Soiree speciality papers and I must admit that I was tempted to use my fave Gold Satin ribbon on this card but instead I plumped for the Calypso Coral Seam Binding! (Can you believe that Gloria?!)
Other than stamping the Beautiful Bunch flower twice in Calypso Coral ink onto Crisp Cantaloupe card and adding some leaves behind which used the same punch there is not much more to add to this!!!
Hope you like this bright cheery card!

More Training projects

Good Morning! It's another sunny one here today and I am feeling quite better too! I slept through properly for the first time since Friday last night!! We went to watch Evan in his Leavers performance last night, I just about managed to hold myself together at the end when they sang a song about growing up!!! Phew!

Thank you to my Project Life ladies who were messaging me and sending me photos yesterday of what they have been up to! I have never had such an amazing response to a class before and I think they are all Project Life addicts already! I have set up a dedicated blog for my Project Life class members so if you want to join us you will get access to that too! Check out the Classes/Events page for more details.

Today I thought I would share the remainder of the projects from training last weekend. The first one here is CASED from page 71 of the catalogue but done in the colours we had as our training day theme.
I didnt have the budget to include any buttons etc. in the training kit so I tied a knot on some Crochet Trim and rolled little Crochet Trim balls as centres for the flowers.
One of the things I really enjoyed doing was using the Spotty masks on this little journal, yes we now sell these, and making a lovely little gift for someone. The masks are fantastic value and so easy to use. You will find them on page 205 and they are only £2.75 for 2.
And finally we decorated one of the Gift Card Enclosures from page 194. These are fantastic and they have little grooves cut inside so you can slip a gift card in!! Perfect for that last minute gift!
Here are all our lovely makes together! Hope you like them and feel inspired!
Back tomorrow!

Team Training Projects

Good Morning! I am back as promised with some of the projects from our Team Training last week. After much deliberation and having to change my designs due to product shortages I decided to use the Beautiful Bunch stamp set with the Tag Talk stamp set and Typeset papers. The colours we used for the day were Blackberry Bliss, Lost Lagoon and Old Olive.
I wanted to also showcase the fantastic new Kraft card stock which I used to make the box on the Envelope Punch Board.
You remove the belly band in inside is a gatefold card using the same 2 stamp sets.
The girls also had the Crochet Trim included in their kit .
I hope you like the project, it seemed to go down well at training and it all came together in the end!
