New Jems!

As you may know there are 2 sides to my Stampin Up business, there is the customer side - looking after my lovely ladies, providing classes and events for them and running workshops in their homes. Then I also have the other side of my business which is helping the team members I have recruited who have become a part of my team - Julie's Jems. Whilst we are all Independent Stampin Up demonstrators, everyones goals and demonstrator-ship is different. Some of my team want to run a business like myself, many want to just buy for themselves and their friends and enjoy a discount on the products and a lot want to sit somewhere in between the two whilst managing their other job.

Whatever their goals or desires we all start at the same level and often there is a lot to take in during those initial few months. I provide my brand new team members with a comprehensive welcome pack and thought I would share the ones I have sent out this week to my brand new SAB joiners.
I love these files which hold A4 documents and I provide a handbook about starting up, along with a few pretty things (we all love the pretties!), a colour chart, a thank you card and a decorated notebook for all those lists and ideas!
I used the papers that you can get FREE during Sale-a-Bration, the brochure really does not do them justice, they are gorgeous and so fresh.
A sincere welcome to Ali, Kate and Lucy to Julie's Jems.

If you would like any information on being a Stampin' Up Demonstrator then please do contact me and I would be more than happy to help.
