They even had red glitter on them!!!

Birthday Girl

Last week it was my lovely friend Jane's birthday. We celebrated with her at card class on Tuesday with a birthday bun and cards!
I used the Colour Coach to come up with this combo of Poppy Parade, Baja Breeze and So Saffron and I made another one of SJ's ribbon roses - love them!
I still love this sentiment from the Occasional Greetings set and I coloured it with my markers.

I coloured the rhinestones with my marker and they turned out OK.

Close up of the flower!

Hope you likey.
See you tomorrow!

Valentines Class

Hello there, gosh I am shattered today, I went on Evan's school trip yesterday which drained me!!!
On Tuesday night I had my Valentine class and I was really excited with the projects I had come up with, as we say in Yorkshire, they are right up my street!!!
I wont give you a blow by blow account of the card etc, there are enough photos!!! I have used the Play Date papers and various stamp sets.

As well as the card we also made this matching Cheque Book.

I got the idea for the cheque book from lovely Michelle Last. I created these Love Note cheques in word and we had a giggle about what the girls promises were going to be!!

All the girls got 5 cheques and we used the Cutting Tool to perforate them so they could be pulled out individually

And here is the matching set. The projects did take a little longer than normal but they seemed to go down really well and I was really pleased with them myself!!

Right thats me off for the day, got lots of prep to do for my All Day Class on Saturday!
