Boys will be boys!

Yesterday I got my hands on the fabbo monthly kit from my workplace, Craftwork Cards!!!
This months project has been designed by Debbie (who I made the card for in my previous post!!). She has done a fabbo job, I Love em!

It is a project for mens and boys cards which most of us crafters will admit to struggling with so I thought I would get it to inspire me!!!

IT IS FAB!!! Enough stuff in there to make 2 of each design, so 10 cards altogether. Fab quality cardstock, also comes with envies too!!
Anyways here are the 5 different cards you can make, I cannot take any credit for these I just followed the instructions!!!!

Tag card made by covering chipboard tag.

Shirt card, very quick to do but very effective!

Train card which I have adapted slightly by cutting out 1 TODAY on my cricut (this is not included in the kit) The train has been cut in half and a concertina panel added (see below) which makes it into a very special card, you could even add photos!!

Inside of train card

Funky star/circle card

And finally a lovely wellybob!!!
The papers used are Daisy Buckets which are also available to buy individually at CWC!!
Thanks for looking

Naughty blogger!!

Where does the week go????

With working 2 jobs and one thing and another the weeks are just passing me by at the moment!!!

I am busy with wedding stuff but did make a card on Wednesday for the lovely Debbie at Craftwork Cards as it was her birthday. Debbie is a very talented card maker (look out for her cards in the next issue of Simply Cards and Papercraft) so I had my work cut out. Making a card for a card maker is not easy!!!!

  • Scallop Squares from CWC
  • Stamped with Stampin Up Simply Said and Polka Dot Background stamp
  • Butterflies from CWC
  • Sentiments from CWC
  • Blooms from a kit from Rebeccas Scrapbooking Stash

Thats it for today

Wishing you a Happy Easter

Sport Relief mile!

We did it !!! Me and my hubby and boys ran the Sport Relief mile this morning.
It was freezing, I had sinusitus but so what, compared to the things I witnessed on the TV on Friday night my things are so trivial. Please please donate to this worthy cause, so many different charities benefit from the money raised.

This is me (in the GAP top) with my eldest son, Ross, we were near the finish line here!

My hubby and youngest, Evan (in the grey tops), they were a bit slower than us!!

This was everyone at the start

Us with our numbers on before we set off!!!
Next stop London Marathon. Ha Ha
