Creation Station - Birthday Bonanza

Good Afternoon and welcome to this months Creation Station blog hop. This month our theme is Birthday Bonanza and I have a couple of birthdays in February that I need to make for. On Thursday it was my bestie Jane's birthday and we went out for a meal on Friday evening to celebrate. I made this card for her so thought I would use it as my project for today's hop!

I'm loving the Beautiful You stamp set at the moment, as lots of you are too and I decided to go with the paper piecing technique and use the In Colour DSP stacks as they were on my desk from using them on some other cards. 

It's so easy to do this technique yet it looks so effective. You stamp the image onto the Whisper White card and then stamp it again onto the patterned paper, cut it out and then layer it over the top of the original image. It's like paper dress up dolls all over again!

Crafternoon Tea

Good Morning. Today I wanted to share the projects that we will be making at next Saturday's Crafternoon Tea on 11th February. I have quite a few seats left for this event and would love for you to come if you are available! It starts at 3pm and the cost is £25 per person.

In this session we are making 6 gorgeous cards with the Beautiful You stamp set and also coordinating envelopes! Included in your kit will be 10 sheets of 12x12 patterned paper, card stock, envelopes and ribbon. PLUS you can enjoy a lovely full afternoon tea.

Happy February!

 Wow January seemed to go on forever this year and we are now into February. This means that myself and Sarah have a brand new MRS K CRAFT ROOM class for you! Thank you to our customers who joined us for the Lift Me Up class, please note this is still available even though we are in a new month. 

For February we are featuring the Cool Treats bundle and papers as our "kit" and it's no secret that I have really been enjoying using this bundle. In fact it is both Sarah and I's favourite from the Spring/Summer catalogue.
