Life on the Open Sea

Hello there!! I am back with something a little different today! A lovely new stamp set for Men's projects!!! Or anyone who is into the Nautical theme!!

Its called the Open Sea and is a set of 5 stamps. I really enjoyed making this first card and went with the red, white and blue theme.

 The new white Bakers Twine is amazing and you get 22 metres for £2.50! It also comes in all the 2011-2013 In Colours too!!! Its a perfect little item to pop on the end of your order!!

 I had the idea to wind it through the anchors so I punched a little hole in the top of each one. The Dad sentiment is from For my Family and I layered it up and added the brads to make it a bit like a port hole!!

 Inside gets a little treatment too!!

 Whilst I had all my stuff out I carried on and made another card with the remaining Night of Navy card blank. 

 Used Soft Suede and Crumb Cake to compliment it and also the Decorative Label punch to punch out the sentiment!

 A really quick make!

Baby Prints

Ok so how are you liking the new Summer Mini!! The Simply Scored tool seems to be a hit already!!!

Today I am sharing a stamp set called Baby Prints! As soon as I saw this I thought of my scrapbook ladies (2 of them in particular - Zoe and Shannon) who love making pages about their little ones!!

Initially I thought this set was a scrapbooking set (which it IS great for) but I think it makes fab cards too! And really quick to make!!!

These ones literally took me 10 minutes each and they would be great to send to the name parent or as birth announcements!!!

The embossing at the bottom is from the Adorning Accents set, you get 3 mini strip embossing folders for £7.95 - they are great!

 I added a cute bow with Pink Pirouette taffeta ribbon!

 And now for the boy version - I have used Pool Party and the new Pool Party Seam Binding ribbon

Here are some projects from my All Day Training a couple of weeks ago using a new product suite called Twitterpated! You will see LOTS of new products over the next few days. One item you cannot SEE on here even though I have used it is the SIMPLY SCORED tool, Stampin Up's very own scoreboard! It is AMAZING and also comes with an OPTIONAL metric plate too!! I am loving using it!

I am so excited as we also have the Simply Scored Diagonal plate which it a last minute addition to our catalogue and is not actually printed in the catalogue!

 You will also see the gorgeous Framelits and Edgelits which are fantastic, the Framelies are a great size and the largest one is a really large size. You get 6 in the pack! I will leave you to browse my makes but please contact me asap if you would like to order! The stamp set is called Bordering on Romance and I have really enjoyed colouring it in!
