Creative Elements

Good Morning to you! What a busy morning I have had today and its not even 10.30 yet! I've been running round after the boys (forgotten homework delivery service) and trying to get the house ship shape following the holidays, the blog is the first thing to suffer!!!

Today I am continuing with the Stamp a Stack cards and sharing some goodies that are leaving us. Today's make uses the Creative Elements stamps which are on the Retirement List. The clear mount set is only £16.77 as it has 30% off. I love the different elements in this set and haven't used it nealy enough. It is VERY quick for doing backgrounds like we did here. In fact this card probably wins the competition for the quickest Stamp a Stack card ever!
The sentiment is from Four You which I am so pleased is staying! The colours on this card are Calypso Coral and Pear Pizazz and we stamped direct onto the Naturals White card stock.
If you love it then please don't miss out as 15 English stamp sets have sold out already!!!!!
See you tomorrow with more makes!!
Exciting day tomorrow as my pre-order from the new catalogue is due to arrive! This means I will spend a considerable amount of time on Wednesday evening stroking my new things and finding new homes for them in my craft room!

Special Birthday Card

Good morning and a happy Sunday to you!

I am sharing a card I sent to our craft friend and my lovely customer Sam who celebrated her special birthday a week ago! I arranged for our Tuesday ladies to bring a card for Sam and we packaged them up and posted off to her as she hasnt been able to attend our club for a while! :(

This is the card I made for Sam

I used the First Edition papers for the background and stamped onto them with the swirl from Everything Eleanor in Lucky Limeade ink.

The flowers were made using the Everyday Enchanted papers. You have until Tuesday to get your hands on these papers. Mail me if you would like an order! Sam's name was stamped with the Broadsheet alphabet in Poppy Parade.

Close up of the flowers.

Hope you like the card.

Back tomorrow with another project for you

Catching up and Training projects

Phew! I have been doing a bit of catching up over the last couple of days, the weekend was so hectic that I have needed it! Yesterday was Evan's swimming gala, he is not the strongest of swimmers by any means but his sheer determination earned him a 1st and a 2nd place - he was so proud of himself!!

So I shared with you the other day that we created WOW Christmas Cards with Sparkle and Shine (don't you love that song from the Christmas film Nativity!) so here are our other creations!

A diorama card inspired totally by a gorgeous creation I received for my birthday from the talented Sally-Jo.

I wanted to encourage the girls to use non-Christmas stamps to create some Christmas creations so we have used Apothecary Art to do just that!!!

We used Always Artichoke and Cherry Cobbler with Very Vanilla and a hint of Early Espresso and Crumb Cake.

I have tried to use some photos where you can see the Shimmer spray, the one we used is the Champagne Mist.

I also showed the girls the spiral flower technique too!

Love this photo you can see the bits of shimmer on it!

The day after the training I attended one of my downlines craft events, her friend showed a customer the card she had made the previous day and the customer said "WOW!"!!! Job done I think!!

Hope you like these creations. I would love to see you at one of my classes in the West Yorkshire area, why not sign up to my newsletter to keep up to date with news and offers!!

Team Congratulations!

Good morning! Phew Sunday today and a little bit of a lie in for me!!!After yesterdays Team Training I need it, but it was fab to spend the day with my lovely team and other demonstrators from other teams!!!

It was my pleasure to hand out 3 Congratulation cards on Saturday (plus a 4th which I posted on Thursday and has already been received by the lovely Julie) to fab members of our team who have recently promoted.

I have recently not been able to put the Apothecary Art stamp set down, its my new "go to" stamp set! Its all Sally-Jo's fault! She sent me the most beautiful Birthday card with it and I just had to CASE for our training yesterday! I will share these with you another day!

Ok so the colour combo on this card is Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Calypso Coral and Lucky Limeade. The Crumb Cake card blank has been stamped with the Creative Elements stamp set using Crumb Cake ink.

I coloured in the image with the Blender pens and ink pads and then I inked all round the edges with Crumb Cake in for that aged and vintagey look! Some Very Vanilla satin finished the job off!

The sentiment is Curly Cute, another set that I cannot stop using at the moment!!

Well done to all the lovely ladies who received one of these cards.

Stamp a Stack part 1

Hello there!

I had a little break from blogging yesterday as I was so exhausted still from the weekends events plus I had 11 of my team for Monthly team training on Tuesday and then I spent yesterday morning with another 2 lovely team members! So the blog had to take a little rest!!!!

Here is one of the cards we made at last weeks Stamp a Stack - everyone made 2 of these. If you have been thinking about coming but are unsure what a Stamp a Stack is then please watch my blog for the next 6 days and I will share the designs!

We make 12 cards, 2 of each of the 6 designs! This one was a CASE from a card I found on Pinterest and got a lot of comments on the night and it has since at my events!. The colour combo is Perfect PLum, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla and Elegant Eggplant.

The stamp sets used are Creative Elements, En Francais background stamp and For my Family. The embossing folder is my fave Vintage Wallpaper.

I hope you like this card . My next Stamp a Stack is Friday 30th March at 7pm - 10pm and places are booking already!

Diane's birthday

On Thursday it was my lovely downline Diane's birthday! Hope you had a great day Diane and that Malc spolied you!!

Here is the card I made for her. I went for a DL size card and used a new set that I got at Convention, Creative Elements.

I used a colour combo of Lucky Limeade, Perfect Plum and Regal Rose. I have stamped the flourish and then crimped the bottom half of the cardstock and then run it through my crimper.

The butterfly was coloured in with the marker pens and then as you can see above I got happy with the Spritzer tool!!!!

I put a greeting on the inside with the Happiest Birthday Wishes Hostess set

Back tomorrow with another team birthday card!
