Open Morning and Crafternoon Tea

Hi there and welcome to my blog this morning. I thought I would share my antics from the weekend with you today. On Saturday morning I hosted my Open Morning and welcomed lots of people to The Paper Haven, some new clients and some existing customers popped along for a cuppa and made a card, signed up for classes and came to have a look at my new place. Thank you to everyone who helped me on the day with cakes and making drinks etc...... and thank you to all who attended.
I set up a layout a little different as I wanted a display area for my classes so I put this table in the corner near my chalkboard wall and had class sign up sheets and displays of previous class makes.
In the afternoon (after I had moved the tables and had a change round) I hosted my first Crafternoon Tea at the new place. This event had been sold out since the beginning of February so I was very excited to finally host it. 13 lovely ladies joined me for a lovely craft project and of course, Afternoon  Tea (provided for me by my catering friend Jayne).
I've spent quite some time sourcing crockery and bits and bobs for the events so it was lovely to see it all put together and enjoyed, and the cakes and savoury treats certainly were. I have had so much lovely positive feedback on this event. These will take place every 2nd Saturday in the month and I have just 3 seats left for 9th April and 7 seats left for 14th May. You can book on and pay securely online by clicking on my Classes/Events page HERE Would love to see you at one of my events.
Thanks to those shopping on my Online Store, March's spends are building up nicely and I am looking forward to choosing goodies for you all.
