Good News and a card

Happy Bank Holiday weekend!!
I received some fab news a couple of nights ago telling me I had made the Stamp With Us design team!!!
I am going to be sharing the role with some very talented ladies, so well done to you all too! Bekka, Jo, Kim, Kate, Steph, Sara
ON Wednesday evening my team held another Cyber night and we had 2 card challenges. This one was to make a card inspired by a room in your house! The easy option for my would be to do my lounge and use my favourite browns! So instead I went for my craft room which is lilac and turquoise as it used to be my son's nursery!
Here is the card I made. It was made for a special person Elaine, one of my downline. Her daughter was involved in a very bad car crash, but is thankfully going to be OK. I know Elaine has received this now and also our best wishes and love for her and Helen for a speedy recovery.
The card is made with Tempting Turquoise and Lavender Lace, the background stamped with the flower from the Best Wishes and More set and the little flower from Simply Said. The ribbon is Non SU!! and I have used my nesties. Thinking of You is from the Sincere Salutations set.

The butterfly is from the LEvel 2 hostess set and is cut out and added for some dimension. I also added some flat back pearls from the precious Pretties Kit!

    Love this card - colours are so gorgeous together and the butterfly is stunning. You do inspire me so much with your wonderful creations. So I have promised myself a little play time today and am determined to use my new stamp set.
