General Christmas Cards

Hello there

This year I didnt have time (or if I am honest the inclination) to make as many cards as I normally do. I cant believe I am saying that with crafting and cardmaking being my business but sometimes things happen in your life and you need to take your foot off the pedal. I sent as many cards out as I cold manage, to my team, to my neighbours and close friends and of course to my family.

Here are the general cards I made, I made quite a few of these in one sitting.

Th square blanks are only 9.9cm so you get 3 from one sheet of A4 card. The stamp set is Polar Party which I think has been a popular one with lots of people this year and the sentiments are from Petite Pairs, again very very popular and very useful.

The trees were coloured in with my marker pens and I swiped the Whisper White inkpad around the edge of the card to create a snowy effect.

Back tomorrow hopefully

And more Stamp a Stack cards!

Good morning, yes I am sorry, yet more Stamp a Stack cards!!!!

This time we used the Polar Party stamp set. This has been a really popular seller for me as you get this wonderful tree stamp as week as the cute animal images too, and a a fabulous sentiment.

The colour combo is Lucky Limeade and Real Red and we coloured the image with the ink pads and blender pens
A gorgeous piece of Lucky Limeade ribbon was added in a bow for the finishing touch.!

RIght thats me off, I have a day of housework and then I have my last private dance lesson before Blackpool finals next weekend!!!

I Heart Polar Party

Good morning!!! Its cold and wet today and I don't want to go out!!!

I wanted to share the projects we made at our last Tuesday Club using Polar Party. This was one of the stamp sets that was at the top of my list when the new catalogue went live on the 1st!

I decided to team Cherry Cobbler (old faithful Christmas colour) with the new kid on the block, Pool Party and I am so pleased with the results!! A very modern Christmas look

We made 3 cards and a gift tag using the new Two Tags die.

This class called for a little bit of colouring which always makes all the ladies quiet while they concentrate!!
All the cards were decorated inside

This one uses the 2 different penguin stamps you get in the set

We had Pool Party coloured trees for a very modern look!

I really enjoyed making these cards and playing with this set

Back tomorrow
