Another Wedding!

Good Morning and another lovely morning it is too! Even lovelier was that I got to have a little lie in today as Mr K is off and he got up and did the boys packed lunches for me today and saw them off to school for me. It was a lie in for him too as he goes off quite early to work normally.

Today I am sharing another card from Tuesday night. This time it uses some more retiring products, the Love and Laughter stamp set and the Afternoon Picnic papers. The wood stamp set has 30% off and is only £14.37 on the retirement list!
The colour combo for this card is Coastal Cabana, Crumb Cake and Soft Suede and we used the Naturals Ivory as a card blank. There is also a brand new product on there too! Can you spot it?
The Crumb Cake ribbon is a staple on many of my projects and I am happy that it will be staying in the new catalogue, yippeeeee!
I'd love to show you the inside of the card but I messed it up so I will have to rectify it.

Enjoy the sunshine! I think I may do some Project Life whilst sat in my garden! I am trying to test out all the places I can craft with it. By the way I have just launched my Project Life Introductory Class. Please click on my classes and events for more info!

Stamp a Stack makes

Hello there and good morning! I was missing from my blog yesterday as I have been away for a couple of days enjoying some time with my family down at my Auntie's house in Lincolnshire. Thank you to those of you who have ordered from the Retirement List so far. Lots of things have already sold out and I am sorry if you missed out on them, there is still plenty to go round though!!

Today I am sharing a card made using a stamp set that is reduced on the Retirement List called Love and Laughter. It has 30% off the wood mount set which is now only £14.67. This is one of my favourite cards from our Stamp a Stack event last week. We also used the Afternoon Picnic papers that will also retire at the end of the month for the background of the card.
We used the Naturals Ivory for the card base which is a slightly heavier weight and gives a more rustic look to your makes. The Scallop trim border punch is also leaving us too this month and is reduced by 30% to £9.98
Hope you like this make and sorry for the short post, it's another busy busy day for me!

Wedding Card

Hi there and thanks for all your comments on my blog today! I have been busy updating it with information for you, to make it much easier to navigate and get your hands on the details you need!!! I have also had a Facebook cover photo made to match as well as other things! You can follow me on Facebook by clicking on the Facebook Social Media icon on the top right of my blog - feel free to LIKE my Facebook page!

So here is a card I made for my friend to send to her Sister-in-Law to congratulate them on their wedding in Barbados on Thursday!!! Not very appropriate considering the "far from Barbados" type weather we are experiencing at the moment!!!!

The card is a tri-folding card made from one sheet of the Brushed Gold card which I scored at 9.9cm in from each end then I cut the corners off to create a tag style top.

I don't do a lot of embossing but I wanted a golden theme to go with the golden sand of Barbados so I used the Love and Laughter stamp set and embossed in gold! I love it when it all changes colour, like magic and sure fire WOW!!!

I cut up the flowers from the Flower Trim in the Spring/Summer Seasonal and created a little posie of flowers with some leaves from the Bird punch.

My friend was really pleased with it and I hope the Bride and Groom like it! Right I am off to "chill out" now for the rest of the evening! We have a house guest this evening all the way from France for the night, 3 boys in the house!!!!

Wedding Stamp a Stacker!

Hello there! I am back with a card from Friday nights Stamp a Stack event!!! This was made using the new Love and Laughter set from the Summer Mini! It is the first time I had inked up this set since I got it for FREE a few weeks back! Thats what I love about doing Stampin Up, I get to earn lots of the sets for free!!! Ask me how you could too!

Anyway back to the card which is a favourite neutral combo of mine, Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla which I think is very classy!

I used my all time favourite embossing folder - Vintage Wallpaper - I just love it!

I used the wedding cake stamp and the Congratulations sentiment from the same set.

The punched out flowers are from the Itty Bitty punches, finished off with a pearl!!

Hope you like!

Back tomorrow with another one!
