Good Afternoon and welcome to this months Creation Station blog hop. This month our theme is Birthday Bonanza and I have a couple of birthdays in February that I need to make for. On Thursday it was my bestie Jane's birthday and we went out for a meal on Friday evening to celebrate. I made this card for her so thought I would use it as my project for today's hop!
I'm loving the Beautiful You stamp set at the moment, as lots of you are too and I decided to go with the paper piecing technique and use the In Colour DSP stacks as they were on my desk from using them on some other cards.
It's so easy to do this technique yet it looks so effective. You stamp the image onto the Whisper White card and then stamp it again onto the patterned paper, cut it out and then layer it over the top of the original image. It's like paper dress up dolls all over again!
Hope you like today's make. Jane was thrilled with her card. I hope you will hop onto Elizabeth's blog to see what she has been up to!
I am sure Jane loved her card! Who wouldn't!?!
ReplyDeleteCute card - Love the paper piecing technique for this set!
