Going Global for the Creation Station

Hi there and welcome to this months Creation Station Blog Hop featuring the Going Global or In the Meadow stamp sets. You may have joined me from Jen's blog and if so welcome to my little blog from the UK!
I don't own the In the Meadow so it had to be the Going Global stamp set. I wanted to feature the 1 inch square punch that is retiring this month and make a checkerboard style card.
The hardest thing about this style of cards is getting the squares straight and the gaps the same, I think I almost achieved that! Apologies for my photographs today, we have had the most bizarre weather in the UK over the past 2 or 3 days, sometimes all 4 seasons in one day and yes we had snow in April which I have not seen for a very very long time!
Inside the card got a little love too.
I hope you enjoyed this short post and you will head over to Dena's blog by clicking next, she is one of my crafting idols, love her work!
