Shirt Card

Hey there. As a total contrast to the last 3 days worth of posts, I am sharing a male themed make today. We made this card at my Coffee and Card a couple of weeks ago and it's fab for those men in your life of all ages, just change the style of papers up a bit. 

The papers I used here are the Schoolhouse papers which are now sold out I am afraid but this little shirt works in many styles of paper. There are numerous tutorials online for how to make these, but I should really add it to my list of videos to do! 

I love the funky colours on this card and I used Tangerine Tango which is a colour I don't often use. Don't tell Mr K but I am putting this card away for his birthday in a few weeks time!

Garden in Bloom with Embossing

Good Morning to you. Today's make is the last of the Tuesday Club makes and the hardest project that we made on the night. It features my fave, a bit of Gold embossing with the fab Watercolour Words set.

This card required 4 of the flowers stamping and cutting out as well as the leaves which I thought might slow my ladies down, but it didn't seem to!!

The background was stamped with the Brushstrokes background stamp which I seem to have a new love for 

And here you can see the lovely embossing on the centre of the card.

Inside got plenty of attention too with another greeting from the Watercolour Words stamp set.

Garden in Bloom Diagonal Card

Hello there. Well today is just such an exciting day for me as my gorgeous Aussie bestie Sarah will be arriving in the UK this lunchtime! To say I am excited is a bit of an understatement!! 

So today I am sharing the second card from last weeks Tuesday Club, this one a little harder. I tried to slow my ladies down by giving them flowers to cut out but it still didn't work!

This style of card is perfect for using up all those scraps of paper and you could use any papers and just change the colour of flower to co-ordinate.

Sadly these English Garden papers will leave us at the end of this month and at the time of writing they were still available on the Retiring List.
