I am loving my new SU goodies, I cannot stop making things, so here is something else for you!!
A cute little box tutorial that I found on this fab blog from the US.
The cards inside are so teeny, they measure 3x3 inches!!!
Of course I am still on with my favourite colour combo, Certainly Celery, Close to Cocoa and Pretty in Pink but I promise that my next project will be with something different
So here is the little box with its lid, I went a bit wrong stamping the polka dots so don't look to closely, will have to do another one!!! LOL
The contents of the box, 6 cards and envelopes

And here are the little blighters!!!! Totoally cute. I used the set Seeing Spots and the Polka Dot background. Don't you just love them?

So if you are in the Leeds/Bradford area and would like to come along to a little workshop to learn how to make these please get in touch with me at julie.kettlewell@ntlworld.com
Happy crafting

As promised!

Been having real problems uploading photos on here but finally managed to get this one on.
This is a little set of cards that I made for the helpers in Evans reception class at school. They are teeny weeny little cards using the SU Hostess set "In the Spotlight".
The little card blanks are called Lovenotes and are perfect for children to send, just enough room for him to write "love from Evan x"
Colours are Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery and Close to Cocoa (again). I must try and steer away from this combo for a bit!!!
Spot the deliberate mistake on the back card, I ran out of Certainly Celery ribbon so had to use some baby pink I had in my stash.
I just love how everything co-ordinates with Stampin Up, if you struggle with colours then these products are fab for you,all the hard work is done for you!
Bye for now

Thank you Teacher

Get me!!! How organised am I getting, made some thank you teacher cards for my little boys teacher and the helpers in his class.

Thought I would get them done even though they don't break up for another 3 weeks. My son is in Reception and I cannot believe where the year has gone! He is really growing up now but I am sure he will find next year a bit hard when he moves up to Year 1, not as much playing!!

So the card is mostly Stampin Up! Close to Cocoa cardstock with Pretty in Pink.

The background has been stamped using my Polka Dot stamp and I have used the Close to Cocoa to co-ordinate. The sentiment is the Circle of Friendship stamped and then layered on circles and then onto a scallop punched piece of Pretty in Pink. The image is of course Stamping Bella - Teachabella.

Will be back later with the other cards, having problems with uploading!!
