Valentine Technique class

Happy Monday to you and welcome to my blog today! After the sunny day yesterday I managed to spend some time taking photos for my blog that I am a lot happier with! Check out my new props too! I'm finding these crates very useful for displaying my makes! Today I am sharing the projects from the class I did on Saturday afternoon! Quite a few photos as I am sharing all 3 makes!
The ladies got the Flowerfull Heart and Follow My Heart stamps included in the cost of their class. These items are now still available - the offer has been extended so you can find these in my ONLINE STORE.
The internet has been awash with these lovely card in a box ideas. I originally saw this on my upline Monica's blog, I believe her downline Netty (hope that's right) showed her the project. We made these at Tuesday club and although they look complex once you get the hang of it then it's very easy!
I saw the idea of a hollow heart with the bunting strung across on another make on Pinterest and formed that as the base of my design and then worked from there. We used the Heart framelits. The great thing is that one of them fits around the Flowerfull Heart and cuts it out! Easy peasy!
We also made a Slider card. I have never made one of these before and I used that tutorial from Michelle Last's you tube video. Just made a couple of tweaks in how I scored mine but again once you know how it's not too difficult.
And finally this was our "cool down" card. I always like to finish with an easier card so ladies don't leave after the hardest card, they leave feeling relaxed as this one is a lot easier in comparison.
I was really pleased with these makes and the class went very well! We are back on Sat 1st March using the Scallop Tag Topper Punch so please check my classes/events page for more details.

Peaceful Petals

Hello there and Happy Sunday to you! It's a lovely sunny day here today and it's very welcomed as last night the weather here was terrible! We had it all! Wind, rain, hail, thunder and lightening!!! I am also hoping the brighter day will help me take some better photos of my projects. I have loads to share with you but I haven't yet as I don't think the photos live up to it!!! Too dark!! I do miss my conservatoire at the old house as it was always handy to take photos in! Quite expensive for a light box though!!
Today I am sharing a card with a stamp set I haven't tempted you with yet! This is called Peaceful Petals and I have teamed it with the Hardwood Background stamp! You know it's my fave! Just a head's up with this stamp! I know a lot of you purchased as you saw how versatile it was from my blog and now guess what - it's been so popular it's temporarily out of stock in wood! But do not fear, you can order in clear (ooo that rhymes!) or place your order for the wood one anyway, your in stock goodies will ship and then when they are back in stock this will ship direct to you at no extra cost! I feel slightly responsible for the stock issues as I have been championing it so much!
I made this card when my bestie Jane came to craft a couple of weeks ago! It's Jane's birthday today so HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANE! I will share Jane's card this week!
If you like this set we will be using it at the ALL DAY SPRING STAMP A STACK on Saturday 22nd February. I still have 7 places left and booking closes this week so I can order all the goodies and get the kits made up.

Last 2 Stamp a Stackers

Good Morning! It's a quick post from me today before I head out to take Evan to his dancing and then straight on to my classes this afternoon! Mr K is staying home and baking for my class ladies!!
Here is a simple card from our Stamp a Stack but I think this one made everyone love the Banner Punch and Banner Blast stamp set available only for FREE during SAB!
The sentiment is also from a free set too! I have used Summer Starfruit, Gumball Green and Midnight Muse! These colours will leave us at the end of June.
This is another card we made and one that I made when my downline Sally Jo came to craft a few weeks back! We made quite a few cards!

It has one of my fave products from the catalogue on it, the chevron ribbon - just love it!
Just a little plus for a few events I have coming up!

I have 10 places left for the All Day Stamp a Stack - details below - a fab day out!
And I now just have 6 places left for my All Day Retreat - 10am to 10pm crafting!!!!!
This will be at a new venue, my local Cricket Club - Pudsey Congs and I am looking forward to creating a fab day for my ladies!
If you would like to book on please do not hesitate to contact me!
