Mum 65th Card

Ooopsie I am a bit late posting today!!

You may remember the Bright Grandma card I did the other day? Well this is the Mum card to go with it. The lady wanted a special card and had seen one like this on my Facebook page so we went with this one. She wanted a special verse so I asked her to search online and find one suitable - I do find verses are very personal!

This is the box I made for the card, its a really lovely verse

Inside I added a bit of tissue paper - always makes the card look more special!

And here is the full card. Using the Elegant Soiree papers and a colour combo of Baja Breeze, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake

I delivered this last night and the lady was pleased with both cards - job well done!

Right thats me off, got to finish my prep for my Big Shot class tomorrow afternoon

Team Training Twit Twoooooo!

Good morning!! I am up and at em this morning as I have been lucky to have had a few lie ins this week but got a ton of things to do so here I am!! Bright and Breezy!!!

Last night I had 5 of my lovely team round for some monthly Team training! This month I was featuring the Owl punch and showing them how to build him into their workshops.

This was the card we made as a simple Make and Take card , using the Owl Punch, Vintage Wallpaper, Top Note Die, Little Leaves and Curly Cute stamp set

Whenever I do a workshop I try to have an additional card with extra products on to show people how I have taken it to the next level. This was my next level card!! By simply adding some patterned paper and some pearls the look is totally different!

The Little Leaves die has been a really popular seller for me, at only £4.95 its great for Owl projects and anything needing a bit of foliage!!

I also show the girls a project they can make for their Demonstration project/Hostess gift. This is usually something thats 3D that can contain some little goodies as a thank you for hosting the workshop. We made this gorgeous cute and dinky little bag made from 2 Scallop Envelope Dies!
A really easy project to make and you can fit in a little goody bag of buttons/ribbons or even some mini chocs!!!

And here are a few I put together for the girls to have a look at!

I love our team trainings, we have such fun and we laugh A LOT!! So much so my eldest son is always trying to muscle his way into them!!! He thinks he is missing out on something!! Only 6 years until I can sign him up!!!

Thats all for me today, I have a day filled with my boys and my Nephew Lucas this afternoon!!

If you have liked my projects why not host a workshop yourself, the offer we have on at the moment is brilliant!!

Bright Cheers to You

Hello there

I am back with another bright card today! This is another commissioned card for my friend to give to her friend who is going to be 50. She specifically asked for orange and bright pink!

I have used my faithful Cheers to You set - the first set I ever bought at a workshop I went to over 3 years ago at my friend Anna's house! Who knew then how much Stampin Up would become part of my life - and WOW I am so glad it did! I still reach for this set all the time for all kind of occasions.

I used the Timeless Type Big Shot die for the name and the numbers and added a rhinestone for a bit of bling.

Stamped the cocktail with Basic Black ink and then coloured with my ink pads and blender pens and as you can see in the photo below I added some Crystal Effects to make the glass look more realistic!

A busy day for me today, I have Team Training tonight to tidy up and sort out for - looking forward to seeing some of my girls and one of my new Stampin Up grandaughters for the first time!!!

Back tomorrow
