Tina's Party

Hello there! I nearly didn't blog at all today as I am literally grabbing spare minutes I can find but I am just having 10 minutes with a cuppa so thought I would do a quick post! Having a rest from Paper Haven posts today but will be back with those tomorrow. I have also secured dates for next years Mini Retreat and Main Retreat too so please so watch this space!

Last night I ran a Stampin Up party at Tina's house. Lovely set of regular Stampin Up ladies and we had a really good evening, Tina bagging herself some fabulous freebies too!!

Here is the Make and Take, we decided to do a non-Christmas card as Tina didnt fancy Christmas just yet so I went with the old faithful Wildflower Meadow stamp set. A very popular choice as 4 out of 6 ladies ordered it. It is super quick for making effective cards.

This was the Make and Take  (above) and then below is my stepped up version with the embossing folder added and some butterflies with the Papillon Potpourri and matching Bitty Butterfly which is on special offer this month.

Save 15% if you get the stamp set and punch this month.

Thats all from me today. The links to the products used can be found in yesterdays post as they are more or less the same items!

Tonight I am excited to be attending a Stampin Up Creative Tour and catching up with lots of ladies from my team aswell as other demonstrators too!! Tomorrow I have a party at Debbie's house in the evening and then on Saturday I have a Stamp a Stack for 30 ladies. On Sunday - I rest!!!!

Paper Haven - Day 2

Hey they and thank you for your emails about my next retreat! I am just sorting out the finer details with the hotel but am hoping to do another one on September 2014. I had already planned to do a Mini Retreat in March for one day only at my local cricket club and will be finalising the arrangements for that this week.

You have seen this project many times on my blog but as I am going through my retreat I have to share it again! This was the project for the Saturday morning. My lovely ladies all got their own stamp to use.

We worked with the new 2013-2015 In Colours which I really do love.

Here is a little collage of some of the ladies creations, they were amazing. They added paper to the sides of the box and daubed and distressed to make amazing projects. Please click on the photo to make it bigger.

Back tomorrow with more projects to share

Wildflower Meadow Card Keeper

Hi there and happy Sunday to you! The project I am sharing today is one I made back when the Annual Catalogue pre-order started in June. It has been admired a great deal at workshops and events and has produced a lot of orders of the Wildflower Meadow stamp and matching embossing folder!

I have had  lot of requests for a class in how to make this so I will be adding this to the class list (probably for 2014!)

This project showcases our wonderful new In Colours for 2013-2015. They have already proved a huge hit and I think Coastal Cabana is a must have!

The stamp on the front is the Wildflower Meadow stamp. It's a big stamp and if you go for the clear mount you get a lot of rubber for your money! I will be doing a video on background stamps very shortly.

Inside the box are 5 cards in each of the In Colours (my ladies will also get envelopes too but I didn't add them for photography)

These cards are re-makes of some others I made but I have changed the ribbon to Crumb Cake Seam Binding as this is what the ladies are getting in their kits for the weekend. I love the Crumb Cake Seam Binding and I always have at least 2 full rolls on standby!

Close up of the cards which are quick and easy to make.

The sentiment is the Label Love stamp set with the Artisan punch.  For your info I will also link to the clear mount stamp set in my Online Store as I sell more clear mount to my customers. The stamps I use are always however available in wood mount too!

Thank you for your continued Online Orders. The freebies are now up to £30 and I will be placing the order tonight and drawing a winner also! Please do not worry if you cannot see where to add the Hostess Code as I can do this for you after your order.

HOSTESS CODE - PUUP3BYM

Take care

Wildflower Scrapbooking

Hello there! I have lost track of the days! Is it Sunday???? A couple of weeks back I saw a lovely Scrapbook page my fellow demonstrator Michelle Last had made with the Wildflower Meadow across the bottom. Without checking it I made this 8x8 version last week. I then went back to check and Michelle had also used 2 small photos and positioned them almost identical!! My sub-conscious must have remembered that!! Thanks for the inspiration Michelle!

This is a page of my boys from many years ago (we think about 2005) at our favourite place in North Wales. We have stayed there 5 or 6 times now!

I have used a new Alphabet stamp set from the New Catalogue at the bottom of the page and cut it out with the new Deco Labels Framelits.

Loving the new Ruffle ribbon, you only need a smidge!

Look at their cute little faces!

And look at them now!! All grown up at my party a couple of weeks ago!

Thanks for visiting today!
