Happy Birthday Mum

Today is my Mum's birthday! She will be 68 today, but she doesn't look it at all! Hope I look as young when I am 68! Happy Birthday Mum!!

I am going to share the card I have made for her! I hope she hasn't read my blog before she has opened the cards! In our teama we now have a weekly colour challenge and this was my card for the colour challenge using Elegant Eggplant, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry and Melon Mambo.

I decided to make a Criss Cross card as I don't think I have made one of these for Mum before. I used the So Very Grateful and Amazing Family stamp sets with the sentiment on the front from the Label Love stamp set.
I hope my Mum loves her card and you do too! I will be back tomorrow with another make. Today is now all about preps for 2 big parties I have this weekend with 2 of the loveliest hostesses! I can't wait to share Stampin' Up! with their guests and earn them some freebies!!

Stampin' Up! Gift Packages

Good Morning! I'm back 2 days running (you can tell things are getting back to normal after the hols) with another project to share with you.
A friend of mine asked if I could put her a package of Stampin Up goodies together as a gift for her Mother-in-Law! She gave me a budget and I set to work! I included the Papillion Potpourri (in wood), the Elegant Butterfly punch, 3 ink pads in Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe and Strawberry Slush and some co-ordinating card. I also included a catalogue to make it a bit sturdier at the bottom,
I simply covered it with cellophane wrap and then added a tag in the colours Jennifer has using the Butterfly stamps so she can see how they look.
My friend was thrilled with the gift! I would be too - wouldn't you?

Simple Stippled Blossoms

Good Morning! It's a little bit wet and wild here today so I am enjoying being at home. Today I am sharing a simple non-Christmas make. We made this at my recent Stamp a Stack. The last Stamp a Stack for 2013 is on Friday 29th November - I have places left if you want to come along and make 12 last minute Christmas Cards.
So the card blank was made from Naturals Ivory cardstock. Often overlooked this cardstock is excellent for card bases and I love the recycled look of it too. It also works out very good value too. The colours I used here are Blushing Bride and Rose Red and the sentiments are from Perfectly Penned and Amazing Family.
My hostess code is now LIVE and also the orders are now coming in for your Christmas Wish Lists. Its still not too late to get a Wish List from me. You fill it in and email it back to me and then pass on my details to your family and friends. I will do the rest once they contact me!

Six Sided Sampler and a Competition!

Today is the day that I will be going to the Stampin Up Convention in Salt Lake City! To celebrate I have a little treat for you - a competition! But you will have to bear with me and read right through until the end to hear about it!!

Here is a card I made with the fantastic Six Sided Sampler card and matching Hexagon punch - yes we have a Hexagonal punch - it's awesome (you see I'm sounding American already!).

This card was made for my Niece Helen who is 20 years old but I also have 2 friends sharing a birthday in the same week so I had to make the most of my time and make them the same design! Although each one is a little different in it's own unique way!

I also decided to make a couple more spares as it's always good to have them in the box and the display boards!!!!

The colour combo is Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana and Strawberry Slush and the FRIEND stamp is from Amazing family and the Happy Birthday banner stamp is from a new Hostess set!

I hope you like todays makes - OOoo I nearly forgot about the competition!!

WELL - for those of you who have followed Stampin Up demo's blogs through Convention you will know that there is a special shop called Memento Mall!!! This is were DEMONSTRATORS ONLY can purchase Stampin Up branded products!! Well I am going to bring a little something extra back for one of my lucky, lovely customers!! Listen carefully!!

Anyone who places an order of over £30 (before p&p) with me between now and the end of July will get a ticket into the draw to win the item!!!!!! Please note my STAMPERS 8 and 10 ladies will also be included in this competition too!!!

WHAT's MORE - if you are a BRAND NEW to me customer you will get a ticket into the draw PLUS a little extra gift from me too!! Every brand new customer will get a little extra, whether they win or not!!!!

Good Luck guys!
