Merry Christmas

Good Morning and a happy Christmas Eve to you! Are you excited? I always love Christmas Eve, there is a special feeling of anticipation mixed with a bit of panic as to whether you have everything sorted. We are only cooking for 6 tomorrow so it's a very relaxed affair although Mr K wasn't relaxed last night when he went to collect our shopping from the Click and Collect, brought it home and then we realised that there were 36 items missing from the order!!! Most of it was things for the fridge! Lot's of stress phoning Asda and then a bit of dash to the store at 10pm last night! Anyway it's sorted now and we are already laughing about it!
Today I am sharing some quick makes from yesterday. Mr K asked me to make some quick little Gift Voucher holders so I came up with these using the Envelope Punch Board
I used my favourite spot stamp from the Work of Art stamp set in Cherry Cobbler stamped on to my favourite Crumb Cake!

Thank you to those who have ordered this month. Remember the Year End Sale has been updated with some new goodies and there are still lots of bargains to be had, you can find them by clicking on the picture below
May I take this opportunity to wish you all a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and thank you for your support and loyalty during 2015.

Online Code Club Thank You gifts!

Good Morning! Today I wanted to share with you the gifts that I selected for my lovely customers who used my Online Code in March when shopping online on my store! Thank you to those who did. I have had lots of emails during the past two days saying how happy and surprised you were that I had selected a gift of a stamp set for you and I am so pleased you like it! This will be happening every month and anyone ordering on my store and spending over £20 can qualify but only if you put the code in when it prompts you! The code is at the bottom of my blog post!
I chose the Hostess set Because You Care for my ladies as none of them had it apart from one lady so I selected something different for her!
I wrapped them up in some wide grosgrain stripped ribbon and then slipped a handmade card inside.
I used the Work of Art stamp set and stamped in Crumb Cake, Bermuda Bay and Chocolate Chip and then I used the Watercolour Thank You stamp and stamped over the top in Versamark and heat embossed it in gold!
I had so many comments from the girls that they hadn’t noticed the Thank You stamp before!
THANK YOU my lovelies for enjoying the benefits of shopping with me! I appreciate you all

I have generated a new code for APRIL and here it is

Spotty Work of Art

Good Morning to you, hope you are well! We are gradually getting back into the swing of being back at school with a forgotten lunch already yesterday (and this was from the boy who has been at high school for 4 years already!!!) and a lost £5 note (which was a deposit for a locker!). I must admit I still keep looking at my watch on an afternoon but I no longer have to do the school run as the boys walk home together, I am finding that a little bit strange but enjoying the extra time I have.

The last couple of days have been busy and I am enjoying being back in full work mode! On Tuesday evening we had our Team Training and then this was repeated yesterday morning with more ladies coming for Training. We welcomed some new ladies to training who have recently signed up and it was great to see so many attend. We made some paper samplers for us to use at our events to show off the papers, we all know most crafters like to shop with their hands!

So enough rambling, here is a little card I made ages ago but never shared with you! I have to say I LOVE all things spotty and dotty, in fact my friend Wendy calls me Dot because of it! This card was really easy to put together using the Work of Art stamp set which I have neglected lately in favour of all the new Christmas goodies!
The colours I used are Coastal Cabana, Crisp Cantaloupe and Strawberry Slush with a little Baked Brown Sugar.
Here is a little snippet of how our paper samplers looked and all the paper I had to cut for training. The samplers on top are missing the name tags but you can get the idea!
Talking of paper, now that I am back in full working mode would you be interested in a paper share? Full details to follow but please email me to register your interest - thank you

Million and One Thanks

Hello there! I am sharing another make from our Team Training event at the beginning of July. This card was CASED from a card made by my talented downline Allie when I ran a challenge night online for our team a few weeks ago. I loved it so much that I replicated this similar version for our event.
We used different blues on the card where I stamped the Work of Art splodges and then we stamped the Million and One sentiment over the top in Memento ink. The ribbon is the new Lost Lagoon colour which I totally love.
A simple make that could be adapted in a number of different colour combinations.
Thanks for the inspiration Allie!
