Square Frame Box Card

Hello there and happy weekend to you! Did you know that it is Yorkshire Day today! I love Yorkshire and am proud to be a Yorkshire girl!  Today I think I may just craft for most of the day to celebrate! My ironing is almost up to date and the house is fairly ship-shape and I have a lot of projects to come up with for my September events.

Today I am back with another card from my July Technique Club! Yes I made my ladies tackle this Square Frame Box Card and they all did amazing, no need for any emergency card! I used a tutorial by my amazingly generous team member Amanda Bates which you can find HERE although Amanda recommends you try her original tutorial HERE as a practise one.
My ladies were stunned that they all managed to make this and they were so pleased with themselves and rightly so! The frame is made separately and then added to a card blank at the back and you get much quicker at them when you have done a couple!
These designs are perfect for all sorts of occasions and I have just made a wedding one which I will share ASAP.
Hope you like this make and take a look at Amanda’s tutorial and have a go yourself at doing one.

Have a happy weekend

Butterflies and Brick Walls

Hello there! This is another scheduled post as I am taking it a little easier today, because today is my 42nd Birthday!!! I have both my boys at home all day as my eldest is now off school until he goes back in September for his A Levels and my little one has a Teacher Training Day.

Still using the same colour combo from this weeks makes I am sharing probably the lengthiest card we made at our Stamp a Stack event a week ago. I did a lot of rolling for the girls that night!
Can you tell I am still LOVING the Brick Wall Embossing Folder? A real firm favourite already.
I have to say if you have the Butterfly Basics framelits already then this set with the Bold Butterfly is a must and they pop out so much easier.
Sorry for the short post today, I should be back tomorrow with some more makes to share with you.

Thanks to everyone who shopped online with me in June and used my Online Code. I have now opened a new code for July which is JPMMXZDZ
Please use this code when spending over £25 and under £150 on my Online Store.

Happy Birthday Everyone!

Well not everyone, but the biggest Happy Birthday I want to say today is to our wonderful Son, Ross who is 16 today! Happy Birthday Rossi.

Today I am sharing a card using one of the new Hostess Only sets in the catalogue called Happy Birthday everyone. It is £8.00 in Hostess Rewards, which is an absolute bargain and such a versatile set. I know not everyone wants a party and wants to be hostess so this stamp set may just feature as one of my gifts in the Online Code Club if I get enough orders!
I have teamed the Butterfly Basics and this set together and have gone for a combo of Mint Macaron and Basic Black.
And here is a sample from the new catalogue which features the Hostess Set and also the beautiful Definitely Dahlia background stamp.
Right it’s time to head down to my craft den to finish the preps for tonight’s Launch event.

I have generated a Hostess Code for the month of June. Please use code 6VFVG2ZM when checking out on my Online Store if you order is over £20 but under £150. During July I will be sending you a little gift in the post to say thank you.

Butterfly Basics back in business

Hello there! Hope you enjoyed my Project Life pages from Sunday? Today I am sharing cards with the Butterfly Basics Bundle which we used at training last week. The thinlit dies had been unavailable for a while but I am pleased to say they are now back in stock, and I am so pleased about it!

This card is similar to one made at my Coffee and Card event but I substituted the Coastal Cabana for Rich Razzleberry.
All the stamps used are from the same set and I love the sentiments in this set too.
Here is another version of the same card with a couple of extra products on, some Very Vanilla Satin ribbon and some Rhinestones
 Which do you prefer?
My new pre-order goodies and catalogues arrived yesterday and I will be sorting my catalogues out to be posted over the next couple of weeks! It’s a very exciting time!

Butterfly Frame Card - version two

Hi there! It’s just about morning still as I type this! I slept in until 10.30 this morning and no one woke me! Initially I was panicked that I had missed half the morning and I had so much to get done but then I realised I must have needed the sleep!
Today I am sharing the second version of the Butterfly Frame Card we made at my retreat last week. I still haven’t decided which one I prefer! I will be offering this as a little class from my home so please do watch this space for news on that, or give my Facebook page a LIKE
The Butterfly Framelits are still not available to order at the moment which is a real shame but I am sure they will be back asap. The papers used are the Painted Blooms from the Spring/Summer, have to say they are up there as some of my fave papers of all time! I have a gorgeous project to share with you another day that uses one of the lovely sheets from them.
If you would like to make this card then I would love to welcome you to a class.

Have a lovely Good Friday!

Thank you to those of you who took part in my Online Code Club for March, I had great fun selecting the free gift I will be sending you! I have generated a new code for APRIL and here it is
