Scrapbook Box Frame

Hello there!! I am still feeling poorly and its all go here with the rehearsals which is not good but I am hoping it will have worn off by Tuesday night!!

Here is a scrapbook frame picture I have been desperate to do for ages so I finally got round to doing one for our team training a few weeks back! The frame is from Ikea.

The photos are not too brill because of the glass in the picture.

I decided to jazz up some Paper Daisies that we sell by stamping on to them and then colouring them in with the Bordering on Romance stamp set and my aquabrush with ink pads! I love the effect!! The other daisies were dyed using the re-inkers and a bit of water!!

I was really pleased with how they came out!

Hope you like my framed picture, it has pride of place in our conservatory at the moment but not for much longer as we are moving in approx 7 weeks!!!!

Make sure you check back tomorrow as I have a very special birthday card!

Another Framelit bag!

Last night we had our Tuesday Club! It was the first one for a few weeks as I was ill and then I had a lot of ladies off ill at the last one so it was great to be back in full swing!!!

We made 3 projects using items from the new Summer Mini. We made the Open Sea card that I shared last week with the knots and the anchors going down the side and we made an Up, UP and Away card which I will share tomorrow and then we made the bag below!

Its uses the Twitterpated papers and the Bordering on Romance stamp set which I am really enjoying using! The colours for this bag are Blushing Bride, Pear Pizazz, Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red and Whisper White. I did have to use Old Olive satin ribbon as I didnt have enough left in other colours but I think it goes well!

The bag is just a simple box with the Framelits added around it and my ladies got to have a go with my new Simply Scored tool and as Sally Jo would say they got to "get into the groove"!!!!!!

The Friend stamp is from For my Family stamp set which is so useful

Hope you like our little bag, I will be back tomorrow with the other card we made

Matching Bag!

Hello there. Just a quick post before I have to start the dreaded ironing!!! I could leave it until tomorrow with it being Bank Holiday but there is no point delaying the inevitable!!!

Here is a matching bag for yesterdays cards. It uses one piece of Whisper White 12x12 which has been stamped all over and then coloured in with Marker Pens. We did this at our recent training event and lots of the ladies enjoyed just chilling out colouring!!!

The tag was of course made with the new Framelits which have been very popular with my customers who have already placed Summer Mini orders!!

And here it is the with the cards!

Because I was loving using this set so much I couldnt stop making cards with it so here's another!!

Right thats it for me today, I am going to iron and then I have rehearsal this afternoon as The Full Monty starts in 9 days - OMG we are into single figures!!!
