Hello there! Is it snowy with you? We left Tuesday Club last night and were confronted with a blanket of snow all over the cars and on the paths. Luckily the roads were fine and it didn’t cause any problems. Was great to be back at my Tuesday Club with this fab group of ladies, always laughs aplenty!!!!
Last night was the first time some of my ladies had seen the SAB brochure and Spring/Summer Catalogue so I spent a little time going through these and then we made 3 different cards using different sets from the SAB offering. This is the first one using the You Brighten My Day stamp set and this card was based on a card one of my lovely downlines Katy designed. I have used a Sahara Sand card blank and cut the aperture with a framelit from the Project Life set of Framelits.
I then stamped the sentiment (which is from Simply Wonderful) and stamped the houses (the red one is heat embossed in white). The houses were punched out with the What’s Up punch which is actually on the Weekly Deals FROM TODAY (see below). A lot of dimensionals were used to raise the card up with the paper from the new Valentine DSP stack called Stacked with Love. I then added a string of bunting using offcuts left over and the Yay stamp is also from the You Brighten my Day stamp set.
Thank you Katy for inspiring me to make this card. I love how it came out.
So thats me off for the day. My boys are at my parents for tea tonight so I get a little longer in my craft den today and I am certainly not going out anywhere, its far too cold!
