The lady who wanted the First Birthday card also wanted an anniversary card for her brother and his wife to celebrate their first wedding anniversary.

- Ruffle from CWC
- Stamp is from Stampin Up's Simply Said set
- Printed text and then matted with Bazzill Bling
- Tied a double ribbon and threaded tag with date on
- Gems by Papermania
