Christmas Gift projects

Good morning. Last night I had a lovely scrapbook class with Lynne and Sandra, looking forward to repeating it with all the other ladies on Saturday! Our theme was "School Days", I will show you the layouts later on in the week

Today I thought I would show in more detail some of the gift ideas you may have seen from my displays on the photos of our Team Training last weekend.

Here is a project that was inspired by my lovely lovely friend Jo Dumbleton, thanks Jo. Its a great size box for a gift and I love the paper bow on the top!

Next up is another one of the bags that I make a lot, this time in a Christmas theme - watch out for a teacher gift bag later on in the week.

All the colours in these projects are Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Crumb Cake with Very Vanilla to stamp on.

Love this little box, its from a tutorial available to purchase from my downline Sarah-Jane
The paper around the box has been crimped with the Paper Crimper to give it a different look.
And both the boxes together

Hope you like the boxes and they have inspired you to make your christmas projects early!

Christmas Card Club

Last night I had my first session of my Christmas Card Club - huge thank you to all who attended!!!

We made 10 cards, 5 each of 2 designs.

The first was a case from my lovely friend Bekka using 3 stamp sets, Lovely as a Tree, Welcome Christmas and Contempo Christmas in black and white with a touch of Dazzling Diamonds.

The next one used Serene Snowflakes and Heard from the Heart in Baja Breeze and Soft Suede!

All done, and envelopes included in this class!! The idea is that all the cards are "flat" so are ideal to post without having to use a large letter stamp

We have 5 months left of these classes so if you would like to attend the next one please let me know, you would still have 50 cards made in time for Christmas!

40th Birthday Gift Wallet

Good morning! Its a dreary one today. We had a lovely day yesterday and went to see Harry Potter in the afternoon which was fantastic!! I felt really sad that it was the last one.

Here is the Gift Voucher Wallet I made for Ellie last week. Its about 22cm wide and 11 cm tall. Perfect Plum and Very vanilla.

I used the remains of the DSP from last weeks card and made another flower with the Fun Flowers die which I inked around the edges. The 40 was from the Timeless Type alphabet and layered on a 1 3/4 circle with some added bling.

I tied it together with some Very Vanilla ribbon to finish it off!!

Happy to say Ellie loved it!!

Back tomorrow
