Card for a man!

Hello again

Really easy card today for a male!

The elderly lady who lives opposite me asked me if I would make a card for Brian who was 60. I dont know Brian at all but I asked her if he liked a beer and she said yes!! So I pulled out my ever faithful Cheers to You set.

I used the Spiced Cider papers which I think will retire because they contain Really Rust which is a retiring colour this year. The other colours I used are Soft Suede and Kraft (Crumb Cake)
I cut the numbers out on my Cricut machine and did the text on my laptop.

Decided to decorate it a bit inside just to spruce it up a bit!!

ANyway the lady over the road loved it and I wouldnt take any money from her becuase she is always taking my SU parcels in for me!!! She was so chuffed not to have to pay, it made my day!!

Had a fab night with the Tuesday crew last night, love these girls!! Will show you what we made tomorrow!!

Simple Baby card

Hello there!!

Thanks to those of you who have purchased my tutorials, hope you enjoy making the set!

Here is a card I made before we went on hols for my Mum to give to their friends daughter. Very simple card really using the lovely pram from the Fun anf Fast notes set. I think the pram is the stamp I have used most from this set.

I coloured it in with my Pretty in Pink marker pen.

The patterned paper is from the Sweet Pea paper pack, which I know I keep saying but it is only available for a few more weeks so if you would like one please get in touch!. The sentiment was done on my laptop using the Copperplate font. Used a bit of pink gingham ribbon to finish it off.


Yesterday felt like the first day of the school holidays for me as it was the first day I was home with my boys on my own. They were an absoloute pleasure yesterday, we only had the B word (bored) a couple of times!!!!


Very excited as its the return of my Tuesday class tonight!!! Yipppeeeeeee. We havent had a Tuesday class since 13th July so I am really looking forward to it!!

Cute Giraffe for Tyler

Happy Monday to you!!!!

We slept in this morning - Eeeeekkk - My alarm didnt go off and my Dad was knocking on the door waiting to take Ross out for the morning!!!!

Here is a card that my friend Rachel asked for, She has a really cute Nephew who is really into Giraffes and asked if I could do a Giraffe card for her Mum to give her Grandson

I showed her the photos of the punched Giraffes I made a while back and she loved them so here is the card. I made a box for the card so it was extra special, plus its a bit thick to fit in an envelope!

The colour combo is Bashful Blue. So Saffron and Pumpkin Pie, all of which are staying in the new colour collection from 1st October

Used the gorgeous wide stripe grosgrain ribbon, I really love this ribbon and like tying it in knots on my cards. Two of the colours on the Giraffe will be leaving us, Close to Cocoa (inner ears) and Really Rust (spots on his neck)

Hope you like but most importantly I hope little Tyler LOVES it!!!!!
