Avant Garden Stamp Set

Good Morning! I am a bit out of sync with my blog at the moment. Yesterday I spent time catching up on emails, admin and some lovely people too!
Today I am sharing a card we made some time ago at the Coffee and Card session I run every Tuesday morning. Th Avant Garden stamp set has been a popular choice as a freebie from my customers and I love it stamped in these colours. In fact it looks good in most colours and I have another colour combo to share with you soon.
We made a matching envelope which is always a bonus, no one likes a naked envelope!
Today I will be closing off my February Code Club, at around 3pm. If you would like to order please submit it by this time. Many thanks

Lift Me Up for Stamp a Stack

Good Morning and happy Friday to you. Tonight I have my monthly Stamp a Stack class and tomorrow I have a couple of events and then I am taking a break from events for 2 weeks as I am appearing in Made in Dagenham the musical from 7th-11th March. I am using the time off to create projects, design classes and classes in the post and also to have a bit of down time. I will still be here doing my blog and answering emails, although they may be in an Essex accent!
Today I am sharing a card that I made a whole month ago for last months Stamp a Stack! I love the Lift Me Up bundle and it's been a popular choice. This card was made as a Valentine card but could equally lend itself to a birthday card.
Mrs K's Craft Room Lift Me Up Bundle class is still available. Details below, please click on the photos to visit our Facebook page.

More Reverse Words

Today's card is one I CASED from the new SAB leaflet that came out this week. I am not one for doing lots of inky techniques but I enjoyed this one. I daubed all over the stamp with 3 different colours and the sponge daubers to create the ombre effect.
I have this card on display in my studio and the cut out Hooray has created a lot of attention. I stamped it with Calypso Coral onto Whisper White card and then cut it out leaving a border, my ladies loved how it looked like it is embossed with white embossing powder.
Hope you like today's make, I'm going to get ready for my ladies coming to my 10 for £10 class.

Nailed It Slider Card

Good Morning. Phew a little late posting from me today as it's bee all go for the last couple of days. We were in Sunderland on Wednesday and Thursday visiting the University for our son Ross who had a taster session there after receiving an offer a few weeks ago. I am sure those of you who have been through the process appreciate what a lengthy process it is, I never realised before just how much time and energy it takes up! Still he has made his decisions now so fingers crossed!
Today I am sharing the Nailed It version of a card I shared a couple of weeks ago using the Cool Treats suite. I do have this on my list of videos to make as I have had a few questions.
Apologies for the short post, lots of catching up with things after our trip away! See you next time!

Nailed It Pocket Card

Hello there, today I am sharing another Nailed It project from our training event back in January. I love making these simple pocket cards from a piece of A5 card stock.
I still love the Hardwood background stamp even though its been around for a while, so useful for this type of project. The Washi tape and paper around the centre of the card adds a touch of extra colour to the project.
I kept the inside of the card simple with a stamped sentiment and the tools stamped in Basic Grey.
As with the card I shared on Monday, the tools are paper pieced together with Crumb Cake and Smoky Slate card stock.
I hope you enjoy this make and I will be back with another one on Friday.
