Hang Your Stocking - 25% off

Hello there! Well the Online Extravaganza is over for 2016 and I would like to thank those of you who kindly placed orders with me and bagged some bargains. The offers for November haven't ended there though and we still have some stamps with 25% off including the Hang Your Stocking stamp set which I am sharing today. When I came to add the product list at the end of this blog post I realised that when I edited the photos I called the stamp set the wrong name!!! Arrrgh, and I couldn't face re-editing all the photos!
This is a card we made at my Stamp a Stack events back in October. I think there were around 112 cards made like this by my ladies over the course of the 3 classes I did. It's a direct copy from the Autumn/Winter catalogue and I love that we can do that! It had to be fairly simple as my ladies made 4 of each card in the session.
I will be closing my Online Code Club order off for November tomorrow lunch time so if you would like a free gift in December please remember to use the code and place your order before 2pm on Wednesday.

Flurry of Wishes - 20% off today only

Hello and welcome to my blog today. Today is the last day of our Online Extravaganza and we have another 24 hour flash sale for you which ends this evening at 10.30pm. We have the 4 items pictured above heavily discounted. First up, the Flurry of Wishes bundle, thats the stamps and punch is £28.00 instead of £36. The Bell Punch is reduced from £16 to £9.60. The Magnetic platform is an absolute STEAL at £23.40 instead of £36 (this will be very popular) and the Playful Palette papers are £5.40 instead of £9.00.

On Friday evening  I tempted my ladies with the Flurry of Wishes bundle and we made this card at my Stamp a Stack event. This card pays homage to the colour combination of my bedroom in the 80's  which was pale pink and grey. A lot of my similar aged friends also comment that they had similar coloured rooms too!
I've used Blushing Bride, Sweet Sugarplum and Smoky Slate and I am loving it as a quick simple make. Now you may think I was experimenting with a shadow technique on the snowflakes on the top left, I wasn't, I just went wrong and wanted to share that sometimes that happens to me too!
I'm still loving the sequins and must still have a good 2/3rds of a pot left despite me now using them in 3 classes and finding a barage of them on the studio floor!
Here is the list of the remaining discounted products. I have an order going in this evening at 8pm if you are local and would like to add to it! If not you are welcome to use my ONLINE STORE

Blossom Builder Punch

I have a confession to make! I have had this stamp set and punch since June and have never used it until now! The fact that the punch was on offer and reduced to a marvellous £9.60 down from £16 inspired me to take action and make a card for Friday evenings Stamp a Stack. A little browse around Pinterest and I found this fab card by Patty Bennett
I do love a nice brick wall background and achieved this look by embossing it first on then stamp over the top with the Watercolour Wash background stamp.
I decided to keep the sentiment simple and stamp it straight onto one of the bricks! I love the punch which made sorting the petals of the flowers so easy but I did have to cut the leaves out with scissors. The centre of the flower was also punched out with the punch.
Thank you to those who have used my Online Code this month. I will be closing this off on Wednesday tea time.
And just a little heads up about our FLASH SALE tomorrow and the last day of our product reductions detailed below!

Emboss Resist Technique Video with Tin of Tags

Good Morning and Happy Saturday to you! Today is the first Saturday since October that I haven't had to be at the studio until the afternoon and I am very much enjoying a slower start to the day and an opportunity to catch up on some housework! Today's card features the Tin of Tags stamp set (again) which is reduced to £14.25 from £19 until the end of the month and also the Holly Builder Punch which is reduced from £16 to £9.60 until Monday 28th November.
I CASED this card from a fellow friend and demonstrator Linda Dalke. When I saw her card on Social Media I loved it and just had to case. Wasn't until I went to find you a link HERE to Linda's blog that I realised Linda had done a video too! Although Linda has been kind and also shown you her heat embossing!
I made 2 different styles, one without sequins and one with sequins. My poor Coffee and Card ladies were really getting flummoxed with these sequins not sticking on Tuesday but we seemed to get there in the end
Here are both cards together.
I do hope you will have a little watch of my video which you can access by clicking on the image below. Would love a subscribe and a like if you get the opportunity too! I'll be back with another video next Saturday too.
There are still a few more days to take advantage of my Online Code for Novemebr. I will be closing this off on Wednesday lunch time next week.

Christmas Concertina Card

On Wednesday afternoon I hosted a private Crafternoon Tea party for a group of 9 ladies who work together. There was a mix of experienced crafters, casual crafters and total novice crafters so coming up with a project to do in 2 hours, along with a cream tea was a bit of a challenge. I turned to an old faithful project which I first shared in Sale-A-Bration 2014 and I even have a video on how to make it which you can find HERE
This is how the card looks before you open it, almost like a little book tied up with our lovely Real Red Stitched Satin. When you open the card you get the full wow factor of the Concertina style.
We used the Candy Cane Lane papers, the card uses one whole piece of 12x12 paper plus a little card for the layers and then I cut up one of the pieces to add the little images onto the design. We have also used the Stitched with Cheer stamp set for the little background stars which currently has 10% off until Monday 28th November.

I thought you might like to see the set up for the event that I ran. I love setting up my tables with the vintage china and making it a special event for my customers. I don't love the washing up quite so much!
I called upon my friends at Tarte and Berry (look them up on Google) to supply some gorgeous Mince Pie Slice and Salted Caramel Brownies to add to the usual scones that I supply.
They went down very well and everyone seemed to have a great time. Thank you for visiting me ladies, hope to see you again soon.
